In reviewing the complaint ID # [redacted] , we found the following:We did have incorrectly billing information, and the correct billing information for customer has been corrected.Customer had a total of accounts with us:1.# [redacted] $Customer paid this account twice once by credit card and once by checkThis account was applied to twice due to customer putting this account number on credit card payment and the check as a reference numberShowing an overpayment.2.# [redacted] $-this account went to collections due to the bad addressWhen customer called us on Monday 12/18/we found the overpayment and explained to the customer why this account didn't get money posted to it was due the reference number on the check.3.# [redacted] $47.22- this account went to collections due to the bad addressCustomer paid collection agency directly on 11/2017.We have moved the overpayment on account # [redacted] and it is now posted to account # [redacted] .All of customer accounts are paid in fullZero balanceWhen patient called on 12/18/17, she did tell us that this was filed with the Revdex.com, but as of the end of the conversation, she was satisfied with our resolution and was not going to pursue compliant.If any other information is needed please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me.Respectfully, [redacted] Bloomington Radiology [redacted] ***Peoria, Illinois [redacted]

This account was applied to twice due to customer putting this account number on credit card payment and the check as a reference number. When customer called us on Monday 12/18/17 we found the overpayment and explained to the customer why this account didn't get money posted to it was due the reference number on the check.3.#[redacted] $47.22- this account went to collections due to the bad address. Customer paid collection agency directly on 11/2017.We have moved the overpayment on account #[redacted] and it is now posted to account #[redacted].All of customer accounts are paid in full. Zero balance. I hope you reconsider working with the billing company you are working with in the future.    I have heard from others who have had similar issues.
