after this date, and apologize for the way our new employee had handled this rental and also assured him that we would be reversing any charges, but he proved uncommunicative and unreceptive. As far as we are concerned this account has been settled and we have no further business with the gentleman so any automated emails he may have been receiving about balances due are no longer scheduled to go out.

I am not understanding exactly what you would be needing in order to resolve your complaint satisfactorily. I have already assured you that we are not nor have we been going after you with collections etc. I attempted to apologize, refunded you the money and now I am kind of at a loss. Please let me know.
