I ordered flowers online from Blooms Plus to be delivered to sick relative. I ordered tight rose buds, in a cream color with red trim around the edges. The roses sent by Blooms Plus were not buds but almost fully bloomed in solid Pink and solid Yellow - not at all like the photo on the website. The roses looked like they were already several days "old" and bloomed out - not rose buds.

I wrote immedidately on Oct 18. At the time - the only contact was through messenger in ***.(since then they have updated their website). I have had not a response to my disatisfaction - no explanation, no apologies. They didn't send what they showed on their website, and they don't reply. As a consumer you get the feeling they have your money - too bad, so sad.

OF course I realize flowers are subject to availability and may be slightly different than the photo - but the picture and the flowers sent were totally different colors and bloomed out. They also have poor customer service as they don't have the courtesy to reply.
I would not recommend anyone to order from them online.
I have photos but I don't see a place here to attach.

Desired Outcome

If the store had replied to me rather than ignore me, I may have let it pass. But now feel I was taken advantage of: inferior roses were sent and they ignored my messages to them. So I'd like a refund. Thank you Revdex.com.

Firstable, we are sorry about consumer's disappointment and complaint.

Our major communication resource is email so we don't check our *** page regularly so we reply to *** via *** message lately. But it was too late for the customer and we understand that.

For product issue, We mention about the product availability and there could be changes based on availability on our website (Delivery Page).

And we had to use Pink Mondial rose instead of what she ordered. And Pink Mondial rose is originally looks kind of vintage. ***
So some people say its dead or damaged but its actually not.

But we understand that our #1 priority is customer satisfaction so we issued full refund to Owen ***.

Again, We are so sorry that we couldn't satisfied our customer.

I gladly accept the very timely and professional response from the business.

The company apologized and explained why different roses were sent, and also made a full refund - good customer service.
