Review: I had went to this florist to order something special for my neighbor for calling hours, I got a 50.00 blanket and she talked me into a tiny little violet to go with it. When I got to Calling hours to pay my respect I found the blanket and violet the violet had a card but the blanket had NOTHING on it so I though to myself how is she going to know it was from my family. Well she sent me a thank you card and everything I did and got her was in that card but the blanket. I go back to the florist to see why she did not have my name on the blanket.....she lies to me and tells me the funeral home set it up and she had 2 cards. So I go to the funeral home and they were very nice and told me that there was only one card, and if I wanted she would call my neighbor and explian to her that the blanket was also from me. I said NO that I would go back to the florist and she what she would do to make it right, but she tell me in a ver nasty tone "I DONT know what you want me to do abou it." you know she could have been alot nicer about it and try in some way to make this right. I will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: my 50 dollars back or her to tell my neighbor the blanket was from me

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9448490, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I want to say that it was paid for in full before calling hours or I would have told her that I didn't think they belong together. They did inform my neighbor where it came from, witch she did NOT know who it was from before that. They also NEVER have to worry about me shopping in thier florist shop. Thank you
