My apologies to [redacted] for the amount of times it has taker her to receive her refund. I spoke with [redacted] at our home office in [redacted]. She said the check was entered into our old system and was sent although the check never cleared our bank. Obviously this should have been...
taken care on [redacted] second phone call, not 4+ months later. A check is to be issued and mailed out this week. [redacted] should receive her check by September the 19th.
