Ms*** met with Blossoms Florist for us to provide decorations and bouquets for her wedding on June 24, At this meeting Ms*** decided to use our space at Reading Road for her Bridal Shower on May 20, Ms*** was explained the conditions of renting our space
which included that no alcoholic beverages are allowed during events at Blossoms Florist.When Ms***s sister arrived to talk about the setup for the Bridal Shower four days prior to the event they were arranging the tables she stated were she wanted to place the bar When she was informed that alcoholic beverages were not allowed on the premises, she became angry and disrespectful.Ms*** arrived the following day to express her disappointment not being allowed to have alcoholic beverages at her Bridal Shower Ms*** arrived with an angry and disrespectful attitude and insisted that we failed to tell her she wasn't allowed alcoholic beverages Ms*** in her disappointment asked for a refund of her money for the Bridal Shower ($500) given back on the 17th of May, and the Wedding deposit ($2000) which she received on May 18, the refund cancelled check is attached.Our customer satisfaction is our utmost priority which we take pride in We have been in business for over years and this is the first time we had a customer quite like this When Ms*** expressed disappointment in our services we refunded her money promptly.If you need any additional information feel free to call us ***.(Original response letter attached)
