I purchased an item 11 weeks ago and have been waiting for the item. 2 weeks ago I asked if the item was coming and she responded with a no you will need a refund. I never received a refund and when I asked again she said wait a few days. I have asked several more times and I was ignored. she has done this to hundreds of people. she made a public video saying to file a claim and that she spent the money and used her reserved money of what she had. it's a terrible business and honestly fraud.

I ordered a shirt from*** and her boutique called Blossom Freely. As I waited for the shirt I thought it was taking a while but with COVID I thought by chance it was delayed. Until I inquired and she assured me it was still arriving. A few more weeks go by and still nothing. At this point I'm concerned for a number of reasons.. did you just take my money, is this shirt really coming, how long are you going to make everyone wait for this item if it really is coming? So I started to inquire regularly and found out that it was not shipped and that she needed to refund everyone. She stated that she would refund orders two weeks ago. I still have yet to receive my refund and she told everyone that it should be within a few days. She then released a video stating she had given everyone the money in her reserves, implying the other amount of money for this specific order was already spent. I am in utter disbelief that this is happening and not to just me but several women as well. This boutique is a POOR example of a business with flaws customer services, flawed business etiquette, and professionalism This group really needs to be shut down and the owner needs held accountable for every individual who has sent her money and has received nothing in return
