Thank you for the opportunity to address this matterOur records indicate that *** ordered two products, the eye serum and face cream, on 7/**/Our terms and conditions state that this is a trial period, days from date of orderWe send out a 30-day supply to try within this trial period,
and if no cancellation is requested within this time, on the 15th day (7/**) our system will automatically bill for the full cost of the one month supply initially sent.We did not receive any contact from the customer within the trial period, therefore upon expiration the customer was chargedWe did receive cancellation request on 8/** at which time a RMA return merchandise authorization was provided to the customer, for return of the merchandise per our day money back guaranteeWe received this merchandise back and attempted to process refunds on 9/**/One refund of $was successful and submitted back to customer account electronicallyThe other refund of $the customer claims they did not receive electronically.As a courtesy we did send a paper check for this amount, and the customer confirmed receipt on 10/**/At this time no further credit is owed

complaintWe do show that *** * *** placed an order for Blossom youth Face cream & Blossom youth eye serum on 7/**/for our risk free 14-day trial periodPlease note that we also allow time for shipping and receiptAll customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offerOur terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial periodThis merchandise shipped on 7/**/Where this is a recurring program per the terms that a new shipment is sent every days until the customer requests a cancellation, the customer received a new shipment on 9/*/as wellWe received a cancellation from this customer post trial expiration on 9/*/was given return information to send the unopened merchandise back for a credit *** and ***The customer called back on 10/**/and stated she never sent back the merchandise per not wanting to pay the shipping and stated a dispute was filed with her bankAt the time the customer called back this put her outside the day MBG. As a courtesy at the time of the call we issued a refund for the amount of $38.55, $and $to the customer’s account where the customer was not available for any sort of refundThis would be available within 5-business days from the issue dateAs of 12/**/to satisfy the customer we have issued a remaining credit of $44.81, $and If the customer does not see any of the credits contact to customer service will need to be made and a fax of the bank statement sent to ###-###-####We do hope that this does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with

We do show that the customer placed an order for Blossom Youth Cream and
Blossom Youth Serum on 12/**/2016 for our risk free 15-day trial period. Please
note that we also allow time for shipping and receipt. All customers are required to check a box prior
to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the
Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. Our terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with
either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within
their trial period.  This merchandise shipped on 12/**/2016. Tracking
information provided by the [redacted] shows that the package
was delivered on 12/**/2016
We did receive a cancellation
request via phone on 01/**/2017, after the customer had been billed for the end
of trial
When customer contacted
customer contacted customer service they were provided with the RMA number to
assist with the refund. We have refunded the customer for the total amount of
$189.90 (2 refunds 1 of $99.95 and a refund of $89.95)
We do hope that this
satisfies this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further
that we can assist with.

 I have provided 5 pages of bank statements for the month of September 2016 as previously requested. Im not sure which month is now in referance to. In january ( in referance to original complaint in dec of 2016) the company stated that I could expect a refund within 7 to 10 business days. To date I have only received 1 paper check for 99.95 I am able to provide document per request. I do need to know the dates in question due to a service fee from financial institute of 5.00 dollars per page. Already resulty in a additional 25.00 fee. Again I have no problwm providing the dates in question but I dont think its appropriate to request the past almost 9 months as to this is gonna cost hundreds of dollars.(9months × 25$ or 5 pages=225)
