verify. This customer placed her dress order on 4/12/2015 and we received the dress from the designer on June 19. From our routine dress inspection, however, we found there was ink on the dress. We contacted the designer immediately for exchange. As of July 28, the replacement dress has been delivered to the customer via FedEx. This is a custom order and customer acknowledged that it is no refund, return, or exchange by signing the sales contract. We cannot process the refund, since we have met the sales terms specified in the sales contract and customer has received the dress.
