This has been Resolved. There monies have been refunded and extra services have been given to them free of charge. I believe my Manager, Sesha...

WelhouseNdisale had spoken regarding these two person as well.  The last free service of a facial for [redacted] was completed on 7/2/16.

This place is so hard to get in to. I made my reservation 4 weeks ago from today. I made the appointment for 3PM. I also got a confirmation call yesterday, the day before my appointment, and it says 3PM. When I got there, they said my appointment was at 4. I told them that's not when I made my appointment for, and that I have a voicemail confirming it was at 3. Both of the individuals I dealt with did not care to hear the voicemail, and we're not accommodating at all and told me I would have to wait until 4. What they don't know, is that my mother was just in surgery Monday for an emergency fusion on her spine, and I have no other family here. So I had to pay a babysitter to watch my son. Had to pay her even though I didn't end up getting my shellac manicure and pedicure. Today was a day full of disappointments and bad news, and getting the shellac manicure, and pedi, well, let's just say I was looking forward to some "me" time. I could not wait until 4, and if I were to reschedule, it would be a month out again. So, I will never be going back to this place. Ridiculous!!! Thanks a lot for taking my one good thing about my day away from me. I have saved the voicemail confirming my appointment if at any time anyone is interested in hearing it. But, I doubt it, because they didn't seem to give two craps when I was there!

and that she was deliberately trying to sabotage the company. Very strange, honestly.

My mother wanted to take her daughters out for a mani/pedi (first time ever together!) and found a Groupon at this facility. It took about 2 months for us to find an appointment time that accommodated all 3 of us at an after-work time. My mother is elderly and has severe health and joint issues, she cannot physically bend (hip will dislocate) to do her own nails. She has been looking forward to this for so long. We were greeted nicely by the young woman at the front desk and given a drink. Then Breezy took us to the pedicure area. She was not friendly or smiley and didn't explain anything. Everyone else in the salon, even people who were not helping us, smiled at us. Breezy had us sit down to examine our feet. I have never had anyone do this. It was a little humiliating and questionable. She told my mom that she had a toe fungus (unknown to my mom) and refused to do a pedicure. She did not ask questions about her toe, just diagnosed her with a toe fungus, like a doctor. She said all of this very harshly and loudly and told my mother that servicing her would "contaminate everything". She said "fungus" and "contaminate" many many times and each time loudly. A girl was getting her hair done far down the way from us and she and the stylist both heard and both kept looking. When Breezy walked away, my mom ended up crying and said that she felt diseased with this treatment. She told me that she comes to these places to feel better about herself with all of her physical ailments and now she feels disgusting, like a leper. Breezy would only touch my mom with gloves on. Including during the manicure which had nothing to do with an apparent "toenail fungus". One of the other pedicurists suggested that Breezy give my mom paraffin treatment but Breezy left my mom sitting there not knowing what was happening for a long time. Finally she came over and announced loudly that she would do the paraffin in plastic bags on the floor as not to contaminate anything. Do you know how embarrassing that is? Also, extremely hard for my mom to sit at the edge of the pedicure chair in order to reach the floor. She requires a back rest. The paraffin was way too hot at first, Breezy never asked how the temp was. My mom tried complimenting Breezy on her tattoo. Breezy was not very receptive to any small talk. It was apparent that she did not want anything to do with my mother and apparent that she was disgusted with her. Upon foot inspection, Breezy took off polish from ONE of my mom's feet and left it that way. She expected my mom to leave the salon with one foot painted and one foot bare. Again, my mom is unable to reach down to do them herself due to the hip issue. She felt ugly, embarrassed, and disgusting all because of this treatment. She said she felt like a leper by that treatment. She was never informed about a toenail problem preventing her from having a pedicure. She has had pedicures at other places so this all came as a surprise especially after waiting about 2 months to come in and "be pampered", which never happened. Breezy then did her manicure, with gloves on. Again, the apparent fungus was on her TOENAIL, not fingernail. My mom again attempted small talk and Breezy was very aloof. She made it clear that my mom was not something she wanted to touch or talk to. She treated my mom like a gross object, not a person. My mom kept tearing up. At one point Breezy walked away and never ever came back. We saw her leave the building. She never returned. My mom didn't know if her nails were done. No "thanks for coming, sorry about the pedicure". Nothing. The 2 women who were doing my and my sister's nails had been witnessing this. We asked them who the manager was. They said Breezy was the manager. These 2 girls are very wonderful at customer service and couldn't bear to see my mom upset. They painted her nails so that my mom could at least leave with matching feet (not your polish). These 2 girls were extremely compassionate with customer service. They were pleasant and cheerful and empathetic the entire time. They apologized several times for my mom's embarrassing experience. Even the nice girl at the front desk who gave us our drinks apologized for the negative experience. These 3 girls were outstanding. It is really sad that Breezy is the manager. She might be a good manager if she weren't dealing with human beings. We all understand the fungus issue (if there truly is fungus) but the way it was dealt with was obscene. I should add, my sister had a wart and she still got a pedicure. We would like for the owner to know about this since we can't complain to the manager since she was the sole person who made the experience so ugly.
