Revdex.com:A few things to add, however I will agree to the resolution as provided by the company To note: A: I was NOT given the option for a different stylist, I was TOLD that I would be getting my hair done by a different stylist Upon looking skeptical, they then asked if that was okay B: He did offer to return the tip, which I told him to keep it, and he did The tip, in cash, stayed with the stylist C: I was neither combative nor hostile to Lisa Again, upon hearing my complaints, she acknowledged only (the fact that he had to ask several times how I parted my hair) and then instantly started berating me and commented on how she didn't appreciate how I treated her staff and she would always defend themWhen asked (congenially, by myself, for a refund, she scoffed, and said, "yeah no, not gonna happen, you got the service"When a customer is deeply unhappy by the service, and as a partner, wouldn't you go above and beyond to rectify that situation? As a final point, my husband and I are small business owners in this town At any time of great service, I will ALWAYS go online and give a great review This is the first and only Revdex.com complaint I have made in years of living in Portland, which is a city defined by acceptance and graciousness I would never hope for a small business to fail, however I don't have great hope for a business that sets itself up for failure by being hostile and aggressively contentious towards its clients I wish them the best of luck, and hope they review how they handle customer complaints going forward I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello,Thank you for your time on this again. When [redacted] paid for her service on 9/23/17 she used a credit card ending in [redacted] which was the same credit card we did the partial refund in the amount of $22.50 as we previously agreed too. To Whom It May Concern:   I apologize for the delayed response I needed to ask both the managing owner (Lisa) and the stylist for additional information regarding the events that took place on 9/23/17.     We appreciate the customer coming to Blow & Go for a blowout service. Lisa...

is the managing partner of Blow & Go. We understand that [redacted] wanted to see Lisa specifically, but due to the limitations of our online booking system there is not a way for us to know whether a new client has requested a particular stylist or if the client had just selected the ‘next available stylist’ button when booking on square appointments. Upon arrival the receptionist let the client know Lisa was already started with a different customer and gave [redacted] the option to wait for Lisa to finish before assisting [redacted] or to have a different stylist do her hair. The client opted to have a different stylist do her hair. The stylist told me that it is standard practice to not be facing the mirror for the entire service as the stylist moves the chair around to have the hot tools reach the back of the clients head.   I see a few discrepancies in the customers’ complaint. The extended service is what the client scheduled online, this service is for clients that have hair longer then average hair and may need a little more time then our standard blow out. When the blow dry was completed within 35 minutes they would have only charged the usual $35.00 but the client had requested a braid as well which is an additional $10.00 service, the $45.00 the client paid was for the blowout and the braid service not the extended blowout that she did not have.   When Lisa returned the clients call she was going to ask the client to come back to salon because our policy is to offer to redo the service to make sure the client is fully satisfied and in this case have [redacted] see the stylist she had intended to see. The client and her friend were both on speakerphone being extremely rude and threatening to Lisa that she did not even get a chance to get to discuss our salon policy.    The stylist has been paid for the work completed and the client left a generous tip of $15.00 which the stylist returned to the client that day because he felt bad and could sense that she was not happy with the outcome of her service. At this point we are willing to offer a partial refund since she did receive the beautiful blowout and the stylist has been compensated for the work provided. Our goal is to have happy customers so on top of the partial refund we really would like to have [redacted] come back and see Lisa in hopes that she would leave with a much better experience at our salon.     Thank you in advance for considering the point of view of Blow & Go,   Kelly H[redacted]Owner
