Blower Motors Plus

I have been buying their motors for 15 years. My last motor I bought died after less than a week. I have emailed customer service. they asked for pictures of the motor saying they had to show the manufacturer. That was a week ago and have not heard a word about a return label or return authorization.

We have been buying from BMP for about 9 years now. They supply us with vacuum motors for my carpet cleaning business. We never have any issues and they give us great prices. I am not sure what these other reviews are saying but BMP even works with us on special ordering bulk direct from the manufacturer. They do have a physical address, but they are a niche online retailer with a very high Google ranking. That's how we found them. I personally speak to a couple people in sales over the phone and never have any problems. That's why I have been buying form them for so long. They are a wholesaler and take care of people who understand how the wholesale industry works. I would recommend them to anyone and they have countless positive reviews on the product pages from other customers and business owners such as myself. I hope this review sheds a little light on BMP and not some bad reviews from a few sour customers.

I have been trying to get my money back more than 8 weeks. They ain't answer my email, phone or support. The company says they will refund but they never do!

On their website they still have the product that is out of stock. I guess the company has the strategi to make money from products that they do not have and keep the money instead of refund. Anyway, thats my experience.

I googled looking for a part, their name popped up. I asked for a quote, got a reasonable response. I gave Kyle my card info with promise of a next day shipment. That was May 25. Sept 10, nothing but excuises. Don't trust a vendor with no physical address. With a few more clicks on google, nothing but a good looking fake website. Do not do business with this "company" even though it lists plenty of satisfied customers, likely made up also.

I placed an order with BMP which they delivered within a week. This is good but I'm giving them only 3 stars because of a few customer service shortcomings. They advertised free shipping which wasn't true. I attempted to contact customer services by phone, email and by the "contact us" web page but never received a response. I began to wonder who it was I had given my credit card info to so I was ready to call my credit card company to do something but the package arrived. The blower motor worked fine but I can't imagine what I'd do if I had to return it. Based on this I would not recommend using this vendor since there are a number of vendors that sell the same thing within a few dollars of what they were charging. Too bad because they basically had it covered.
