I went to buy chicken at this location on Mother's Day, May 8/With my receipt, was attached an offer for free dessert by filling out an on line surveyIn good faith, I filled out the survey on line and NOTHING was sent to meOn the survey, I also mentioned how slow the service was, and that myself, having worked at KFC in the 1980s, I noticed a huge decline in the speed of serviceIt took over minutes to get my order, and only two or three customers ahead of meRegardless of the negative feedback I submitted, I still should have been given the coupon for their promised dessertAfter completing the survey and not having received anything, I contacted KFC corporate office (on line) explaining that I was not sent anything and NO ONE BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP !!!!
