Review: On Sept. 12, 2012 [redacted] Concrete replaced my garage floor, apron and small sidewalk to front door at a cost of $4,080.00...My complaint is I have called [redacted] at least 5 or 6 times always leaving a message. The floor of the garage is chipping and upon advise from others it is because the top layer was thinned to much.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to correct the problem with resurfacing.

Service provider statement: On 9/12/2012 [redacted] Concrete Contractors LLC removed and replaced concrete floor for the above customer. On 4/23/2014, 4/25/2014, and 4/30/2014 customer left voice messages indicating she felt there was a problem with the garage slab. At his first opportunity,on 5/1/2014 at 16:49, [redacted], business owner, contacted the customer and discussed what she felt was a problem with the garage slab. She indicated there was some peeling or chipping of the floor surface at the area of the garage door. Mr. [redacted] said that he would be happy to look at the problem, but explained that since the garage slab did not have a floor drain, the slab was designed to drain to the point of the door and out and that melted snow & ice along with road salt could accumulate at this site if not routinely removed from area, thus creating the problem. Some remedies were available, but the defect was not in the workmanship. He said he would look at it for her and she said he had to make an appointment because she was not always available at her residence. She then hung up. Remedies still to be determined.
