BLS India Passport, USA

Review: BLS is official vendor for processing the Passport renewals for the Indians residing in state of Delaware as per the instructions from Ambassy of India, Washington, DE. I have appled for the renewal following all the instructions and they have accepted the application on May 6th, 2014. They have promptly processed the application and got the renewed passport from Embassy on May 23, 2014. Expectation was that they will dispatch the passport using the prepaid return shipping envelope I have provided but they were showing the status as 'Read for Collection', which indicates that they were expecting me to collect it in person. I have tried calling them multiple time but no one respond at the phone number provided. There was a option on their website to opt for [redacted] delivery so I went ahead and paid then $15 again (on May 30th), thinking that they may have lost the return envelople and this return fee of $15 would help them go ahead with the dispatch of passport. Still they are showing the staus as 'Ready for Dispatch' and not sending the passport thru. I have tried contacting them via email as well but I haven not got any response.

I am very worried that I may lose my passport or at the least have to embark upon an unplanned trip to Washington, DC to collect my passport in person.
