Review: I applied for my [redacted] on 11/**/2013. It took them until 12/*/2013 to say that there was a document missing to get the Visa done. They sent the whole package back for missing documents we arranged everything and provided the missing documents which reached their facility on 12/*/2013. I have all the tracking numbers that they have signed to receive the passport and needed documents. After calling their customer service which most of the time gives computer messages saying the phone number does not exist. I went to New York personally on 12/**/2013 to retrieve my passport and they said they can not find my passport. Basically indirectly I was told that they have lost my US passport. Also said that we will find it and come back at 4:30. I went there at 4:30 and they said we are closing soon but still have not found your passport. I am visiting the place again today as I have no clue where my passport is. I did not get a visa and in the process lost my passport.Desired Settlement: I would be happy to receive all my documents and passport back with or without Visa to India.

Review: BLS is contracted by Consulate General India NY to collect applications on their behalf. They are the sole providers. I sent them my application for PIO and Renunciation of Indian passport on July [redacted], 2013 via UPS. The application was received by BLS on [redacted] July as per UPS. On [redacted] of August (20 days after my application was received) I was told to submit my US Passport in original. This passport was already included with the application. Not having the US passport with the application amounts to automatic return of the application. However BLS not only did not tell me that they have lost my passport, they forwarded my application to the Consulate and cashed the money orders as well. I called them on [redacted] August and they told me that they might have misplaced my passport and will search for it. To date I have called them 8 times, emailed 5 times. They have neither returned my passport or my money or the other documents that were submitted to them.Desired Settlement: They should return my application along with my US passport, money orders for the PIO / Renunciation processing and other documents.

Review: Applied for a VISA for India. Original application was defective, failed to sign. New one sent. Business unable to track and find: original (put in with the wrong waybill ) and unable to find passport and application. Call center totally nonfunctional. Despite being on the phone now at 18 hours of waiting, being put on hold, being put through to 5 different individuals, having it "escalated" and told they would call in 24 hours 3x, there has been no follow up to date. (The only appropriate interaction was with a [redacted] but still no follow up) Their structure does not allow for follow up queries, so each time requires laborious sharing of information which requires repetition numerous times. When we identified the problem that they had put in an incorrect number, there was no way of connecting it with prior issues and no way to follow up with the same individual who might have some history. This is leading to: likely need to replace passport, canceling a trip to India (expensive from a professional point of view), and costs of replacement of passport and travel to do so in person as needed shortly after.5Desired Settlement: Immediate phone call with: 1. identification and location of passport 2. status of visa and ability to receive in time for travel 3. apology for present issues with their service and identification of plan to improve 4. if not able to do 1 and 2, return of fee and payment for replacement of loss passport and global services status.

Review: I sent my application for my Indian passport renewal to BLS International NY on Feb **, 2014

My existing passport # is [redacted].

BLS received the package on Feb **, 2014

I waited several days for BLS to continue my process. BLS did not update my application status.

So on Mar **, 2014, I created an escalation ticket for this issue. ticket # [redacted]While creating this ticket the web page did not give me an option to choose Passport as the issue.

I submitted ticket choosing Visa as issue.

Next day, BLS person named [redacted] responded asking me for FedEx #

I sent the # and she said she would escalate to BLS NY team

After 2 days, I contacted BLS Support again.

[redacted] created an escalation ticket # [redacted]for my issue.

There is no response from BLS so far on this ticket.

Meanwhile someone opened the ticket # [redacted] and closes it responding to me saying this:

Unfortunately I am unable to assist you with this matter as I work for the visa processing center. If you would like to contact [redacted] at our passport processing center she would be more than happy to assist you in this matter. Her contact info is: [redacted]

I sent email to [redacted] explaining the issue and hoped to contact [redacted]

No response from BLS or [redacted] so far now my application status is not updated for more than 5 weeks.

BLS help phone line does not answer - always hangs up on me

2 days back I sent another email addressed to [redacted] Again no response and no update on my application status.Desired Settlement: I need my renewed passport ASAP.

My husband sent in passport renewal applications for him, my daughter and me.

My husband and daughter received their renewed passports in 2 weeks by Feb **.

Only my application is not processed by BLS for more than 2 months.

Review: We sent 3 passports in for Visas to India in Mid October. THe on-line web site says that processing will take 5 to 10 days. We still have not received the passports, as of Dec *. I have called every week since I submitted them. The phone number for the NY office is not in use- I get a recorded message from Verizon stating that the number is not in use. THe only other phone number is a general help desk number. Each time I call, they apologize for any delays and then tell me to wait 1-2 days before checking in again. I never get a phone call even when the supervisor promises to look into the matter. Apparently, the VIsas have been processed but they have not sent the passports back to me (a few weeks ago, the support person could not even figure out where they were, lost???) I have family in Europe and if there was an emergency that I needed to fly there, I would not be able to go because I haven't had my passports for 2 months. Apparetly, there are others who are having problems with the NY bureau and the manager on the help line even said they were having a meeting to discuss problems with the NY Office. It is a very frustrating situation and I don't know how to get help to get it resolved.Desired Settlement: Since VIsa processing is required for visitors who are not Indian Citizens, this service center must be held accountable. Christmas is a high time for travel and I'm sure there are many anxious people waiting for their Visa to be processed. In addition, the Web site advises you not to purchase airplane tickets until you have received the Visa. It would be impossible to buy tickets if I waited until now so I purchased the tickets on the assumption that they would be issued within 10 days. Now we are getting to the point of panic and I still get the run around from the company.

Review: I availed of BLS International services to renew by [redacted] Passport. Before sending my old passport I called the BLS office in [redacted] and was told that it would be better to user their tie up with [redacted] to have my old passport sent to them and for the return of my new passport. I agreed and the custom service rep proceeded to take my details including credit card information and billed me thrice ( $30 each) for the mailing service. I only needed it once. I was told the remaining $60 would be refunded to my credit card. I have sent multiple emails since February 2015 until now and have not received the refund. I am always told it will happen in a few days but doesn't.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $60 that they owe me.

Review: I was interested for my renewal of passport for which I send all my application form as well as necessary fees & returned FedEX overnight paid envelope. I received immediately passport application acknowledgement from BLS Internationa with ticket number [redacted]. Vide which I can track my status of passport process. On ** April 2014 , I received an email that my passport is ready and they asked me to visti in person to their office in New York for collection. To this email, I send several emails to remind them that I have sent returned envelope to them but every time someone like [redacted] comes back with reply that they are working and give me answer but at same time they asked me to go on line and make US$15 pay for FedEx online returned envelope charges paid to them. After several telephonic call to them as per phone number advvertise by them on website, I tried more than 100 times and spend more than 35 hours, they never came online and never answer my phone and always said, please wait someone with you shortly. Now on ** April, I made online payment of US$15 using their BLS online FedEx payment services and send them all details and receipt but again same, they took my money and never send my passport back. After I got tired of no response from any mode of contact with them I send again special overnight FedEX mail with returned envelope by spending more than $30 for which after two days they send my passport. My complain against BLS is for cheating, not responding and playing with life of people living in USA. I could not made visit to India to bed ridden my uncle due to delay by them which gave me emotional stress & undue harrassment by BLS International. I hope this complain return my money as well as FTC take an action on them so that, they don't cheat people living in USA.Desired Settlement: I like to have refund cash, improve services & apology as well as punishment to bad service and cheating the people in USA

Review: My wife had filed an application with BLS International via UPS courier to reissue her Indian passport and was received by them on the [redacted] of Jul 2013. However on [redacted] Aug 2013, the application was sent back to us saying it was rejected because the passport has expired. This was surprising since the passport does not expire until [redacted] Aug 2013. Following is the series of events in chronological order

1. Jul [redacted]: BLS International received passport application. We paid $20 including forward and return shipping. 2. Aug [redacted]: Application was returned to stating that passport has expired and additional documents are needed, which was wrong. We found our UPS tracking number was mixed up with someone else's application and we could see the other applicant's sensitive passport information on their website

3. Aug [redacted]: Called customer service twice. First time we are told someone will call back in an hour which didn't happen. Second time, they were quick to blame UPS saying that they assigned me the wrong tracking number. Later they realized their mistake and it was agreed that they never registered our application in their system, mixed up the tracking number with someone else's application and sent it back accidentally. I was told we would hear back in the next 2 days which didn't happen. 4. Aug [redacted]: Called customer service and heard a recorded message saying - "Unfortunately our offices are closed". That's it.

5. Aug [redacted]: Wrote an email to [redacted] and [redacted] stating the issue but did not get a reply. We mentioned in that email that we will file a complaint with Revdex.com if we don't hear back.

6. Aug [redacted]: Called again and give our passport number. Since they had no details in their complaint we had to repeat the whole story. We were told we will get a call back in the next 2 hours. The time was already 5PM and their office closes at 6PM. The person could not offer an explanation as to how I could get a call from them after office hours. As usual we didn't receive any call.

7. Aug [redacted]: We followed up on the email we had sent on [redacted]. No reply yet.

8. Aug [redacted]: Called up the customer service again and were greeted by an automated reply - "Unfortunately our offices are closed".

Points to be noted -

1. Average wait time for every call is around 30 minutes.

2. All of the service personnel use fake names.

3. It is impossible to reach supervisors.

4. They have no record of previous discussions.

5. A simple search on google will yield multiple complaints against this company all over the world. Delays, lost passports, lack of response etc. are common.

6. I have the following objective evidence

a. Returned application stating reason for rejection. This includes the UPS envelope showing the tracking number.

b. A screenshot of their website tracking page that shows our tracking number but someone else's details.

c. UPS tracking information for both forward and return shipment.

d. Emails sent to BLS.

Overall I am filing a complaint for the following

1. General Deficiency in Service

2. Lack of Accountability

3. Lack of Training and Knowledge of customer service personnel.

4. Dishonoring commitments to respond to complaints and queries.

5. Lack of data security - Exposing confidential passport data on their website to the public. This is extremely serious as this data could be misused.

6. Lack of clarity of information on their websites.Desired Settlement: We spent $20 in forward and return shipment (they require a self addressed envelope as part of the application) and another $20 for passport photos. Since the application was wrongfully rejected and returned back to us our time, effort and money was wasted. Also by the time we will refile the application the passport will have expired for which they need additional photographs which will cost us $20 more. We require the business to do the following

1. Send us a pre-paid envelope for us to send the new application and also return the processed application at their expense along with a refund of $40 towards passport photos. The photos were stapled in the return application and we can't reuse them. This includes $20 for old photos and $20 towards new ones.

OR

2. They should refund the sum of $60 to us towards postage and photos and we will ship the application.

We also need the business to do the below

1. Issue an official apology for their deficiency in service.

2. Change the following policies

a. Website security

b. Stopping use of fake identities.

c. Taking accountability for errors.

d. Better Customer Service and respond to email.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by BLS International regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The Business has contacted me based on my numerous complaints with them and they are not even aware of this complaint with Revdex.com which goes to show their irresponsibility.

They did contact me and asked me to send another passport application which for the 2nd time was rejected in error. The manager, [redacted], now has promised to pay for all expenses incurred so far.

No formal email was sent by this business saying so. I can't close this complaint until it has been resolved.

Review: I applied for a new Indian passport through BLS International in January [redacted]. After receiving an email stating that my passport was available for pick up on February [redacted], I waited to pick up my passport on February [redacted] When I arrived at BLS, they could not locate my original or new passport. Instead, they told me that my application was not even in the system. I have the original receipt to confirm that I submitted my application. They assured me that they would pursue this matter and get back to me immediately. It's now been two weeks and they don't answer the phone or respond to my emails.

I am deeply concerned that my passport is missing. I need to apply for a separate visa for travel within the month. I urgently need my original and new passport returned.Desired Settlement: I just want my original and new passport returned.

Review: Application # [redacted] .

I had applied for my minor ( Daughter - 10 yr old , Name - [redacted] ) under reissue of Passport category on 8/* . Before submitting the form , I had called up BLS Call center numbers at least 4 times to validate and confirm if -( 1 ) Minor has to sign or thumb impression will work - It was confirmed by BLS representative again and again , thumb impression will be acceptable . Based on the response , Minor had put thumb impression . (2) Change in the appearance affidavit -" deponent Signature" I was told and confirmed by representative it has to be signed by Mother/ Father . I signed it and send the forms .

On 8/** , I received an email from BLS international confirming that they received the Papers / forms but few details are pending 1) thumb impression is not acceptable , minor has to sign 2) Deponent Signature - has to be minor's signature ( 3 ) New application form is to be submitted with the updates .

on 8/** , I sent the updated form with the required changes - Minor's signature , New application form et c.

on 9/* , I got the whole pocket of my application from BLS international in postal mail back . There is a hand written note on the top of the form , that I need to provide all the missing information and send back the form . The missing information list on this is the same I had received on 8/** via email , which I had provided on 8/** .

I am very fur stated with the service provided by BLS international , its been a month since I applied for the passport and assumed the application is under way and now I get everything back .

It is easier and faster to get the passport done in India and I am struggling here to get it done in US.Desired Settlement: 1 ) There has been already enough delay from BLS internation on this application . I would like them to process my minors application under tatkal . I am in urgent need of passport for my daughter.

2) I understand , I will have to submit all the papers again ( as I received the full packet back today on 9/* ) . I will do it with all the correct information required by BLS and udpated on 8/** .

3 ) I have already paid a fee of $66-20 ( passport fee ) and Pre-paid Envelope ( self Addressed ) $ 6.00 . These amount should be adjusted and paid by BLS interantional or refund me the amount and I will submit the new PO and envelope with the new form.

4) Pls ensure Call / help desk representatives provide right information to customers calling them .

5 ) Why there is a 2 week delay in sending the postal mail , when I had already provided the new documents on 8/** .

Review: I applied for a conference visa by postal from BLS International so that I could attend an academic conference ([redacted] --- [redacted] and present my accepted paper titled Naturally Rehearsing Passwords. They received my application (including my passport) on September **, 2013. For reference, my application reference number was [redacted], and the tracking number on my package was [redacted]. Included in my package was an overnight return USPS express envelope. My application was delayed because the Indian embassy decided to request additional documentation --- they wanted the [redacted] organizers to provide approval letters from the ministry of internal and external affairs. BLS representative [redacted] e-mailed me and instructed me to e-mail him the approval letters when I received them.

Meanwhile, on November [redacted], 2013 I was supposed to attend another academic conference called [redacted]), which was co-located with the [redacted], Germany ([redacted]). I was planning to attend [redacted] so that I could present my accepted paper titled [redacted]! My flight to Berlin was supposed to leave on Saturday, November [redacted], 2013. I needed to get my passport back before then, and I called BLS to make sure that they were aware of the situation.

The [redacted] organizers finally received the approval letters on October [redacted], and I immediately e-mailed them to [redacted] as he instructed. In my communication with [redacted] I made it clear that I needed my passport back before my flight to Germany on Saturday, November [redacted]. I also called a customer service representative the next day. This customer service representative assured me that I would have my passport back in time. He also assured me that at any time I could withdraw my application, and get back my passport within 48 hours. I asked what I needed to do to withdraw my application and I was told just to call a customer service representative. I called back several times that week to track the progress of my application. I was repeatedly told that the process was being expedited and that I would surely have my passport back in time to fly to Germany. Early in the morning on Wednesday, October [redacted] I decided to withdraw my application and re-apply for the Indian passport after I got back from [redacted] (I gave myself an extra 24 hours to make absolutely certain that I got the application back in time). I called a BLS representative who told me that my application was withdrawn and I should receive my passport back in 24-48 hours.

I called on Thursday, October [redacted] in the morning to make sure that my application was withdrawn and to see if they had a tracking number for my package. I was told that a BLS representative would call me back in a few hours. When that didn’t happened I called back later in the afternoon and I was told that BLS had sent my passport to the [redacted] instead of sending it back to me! I asked to speak to a supervisor to find out why. After a long wait, the supervisor told me that I had not filed out an official withdrawal form so my application still hadn’t been withdrawn. This was the first time anybody told me about an official withdrawal form! I explained my situation to the BLS supervisor and explained that I had already been promised by a BLS representative that my application had been withdrawn. He told me I could e-mail in a signed withdrawal form. H promised me that he would call me back next morning. That never happened so I called BLS again early Friday morning (November [redacted]). By this point I absolutely needed them to send back my passport by the end of the day. The BLS representative I spoke to promised me that she would personally call the consulate and call me back in two hours. Again, that never happened. I called BLS back several times that day. I was told that I had to wait 48 hours since I had only officially submitted my withdrawal form on Thursday. I asked to speak to a supervisor again, but my call was dropped after waiting 15 minutes. I went through this process several times with the same result (dropped call after waiting 10-15 minutes). By the end of the day on Friday I finally got through to a supervisor who informed me that there was now no chance of getting my passport back over the weekend.

I had been considering driving to the nearest US regional passport center (I live in [redacted], the nearest regional passport center is in [redacted], NY), declare my passport missing and applying for a new one. However, BLS repeatedly promised to have my passport back in time. By the time the supervisor told me that they could not get the passport back in time it was too late to travel to [redacted]. Also, because BLS is closed on the weekend and the regional passport center is closed on the weekend.

As a result I missed my opportunity to travel to Berlin and present my paper at a conference.

I canceled my flight as well registration for [redacted], but I had to pay penalties for these cancellations (e.g., it cost 250 euros to cancel my registration for [redacted] and [redacted]. These losses are minor in comparison with the lost networking opportunity. As a PhD candidate near graduation I will be on the job market soon and this conference was an incredible opportunity for networking that I missed.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that:

1. BLS refund my visa application fee ($107) and pay the cancellation fee for my [redacted] registration (250 euros).

2. BLS review my case. If BLS representatives who gave false information (e.g, that my application could be withdrawn by simply calling a BLS representative) were misinformed about BLS processes then BLS needs to provide additional training for their service representatives. BLS should reprimand any of their representatives who (despite proper training) gave false information or who made promises that they failed to carry through (e.g., that they would call me back).

3. BLS contact me to apologize.

Review: I sent my documents for a passport renewal on 3/**/2014. BLS accepted the package on 3/**. The tracking page on the BLS website says it was submitted to the consulate on 3/**. That is more than a month back.

On 4/**, I received a call from the BLS office that a mailing label was not provided with my application. I promptly emailed a paid Fedex label to them. When I spoke to the representative, he gave me the impression that the passport was ready to be shipped; I had asked him to confirm the India address on my new passport. The only updates I got thereafter have been that it was at the consulate, which seems rather unusual to me.

I have tried to contact the BLS office and the Indian Consulate in New York but they have not been so forthcoming with accessibility (neither through email nor their customer service line) or timely about the status updates.

Some of my friends have also applied for a new Indian passport recently and it did not take this long for the passport to be processed; they got their passports back in 3 weeks. I have also come across many people posting similar complaints about all 6 BLS offices. They seem to be notorious about such delays. They offer two services for passport renewal, in-person and by mail. Many people who have sent them by mail were forced to visit the BLS office in person and found that it was mishandled by their own office; the passport is issued in a matter of hours. I do not wish to spend more money for travel and accomodation for a by-mail service I requested and paid for.

I plan to travel internationally in the next few months. Obviously I will require my passport for that.Desired Settlement: I would like my old and new passport mailed back to me in the next 2 weeks.

Review: I applied to get a travel visa back in September and was directed what to do and what papers to submit via the company website. After I mailed in the information, I received an email stating that I did not have the correct documentation and that I needed to submit more information. I did as they requested and later received another email stating that I needed more documentation...this happened two or three times. Finally the last time they said I needed to send more documentation, I had already missed my flight and was unable to travel due the to added "required" documentation. After I was denied the visa, I requested that the company return my US Passport but they stated that I needed to write a formal letter with my signature asking for it to be returned. Once I sent this in, they changed what was required and said that I must fill out a withdrawal application to get my passport back. I completed said form and sent it in but did not hear anything from the company for about three weeks. I sent another email inquiring to the status and they again told me to send in the withdrawal form so I sent it in a second time. Again I heard nothing from them. I sent in the form a third time and I received an acknowledgment email stating that I would hear back about the status within 48 hours; it has been about two weeks and I still have not heard back from anyone and I cannot contact the company by phone after numerous calls. It has been about two and a half months since I initially asked for my passport to be returned and I have not received it yet nor has anyone been willing to update me as to the status of the withdrawal. I have had nothing but problems with this company since I began the process with them. Every time I had talked to anyone on the phone, they gave me different information that the last person I spoke with.Desired Settlement: I am very worried about my personal information being unaccounted for and I would like for my US Passport to be returned to me ASAP as well as a phone call stating the status of the return.

They delayed the processing by asking for back copy of green card; which is clearly not in the list of documents.

- I sent in the document even though it was not in their instructions.

12/**: They determined my appearance has changed and need a notarized statement that my appearance has significantly changed.

I requested them to provide the reason or process how they determined that my appearance has changed. Non one via phone or email could answer this question.

They would not process the application or return it. Their rule is if requested documents are not submitted with 21 days it will be returned.Desired Settlement: Forward the application to consulate or return it including fees paid with reason for return. According to your won rule if the document requested is not submitted with 21 days it will be returned. Return is prepaid and information is included according to BLS International rules.

Review: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: A VISA APPLICATION WAS SENT TO BLS INTERNATIONAL ON JULY [redacted]. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION PROVING DELIVERY AS WELL AS PROOF OF DELIVERY ON THE BLS WEBSITE. I HAVE CALLED DAILY, LEFT MESSAGES, SPOKE WITH REPS AND NOT ONE PERSON FROM BLS RETURNS MY PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES OR CAN PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION ON WHERE MY EMPLOYEE'S PASSPORT WITH VISA APPLICATION IS. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AN ANSWER FOR WEEKS AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED OR HUNG UP ON WHEN CALLING. BLS CURRENTLY HAS ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES SECURITY DOCUMENTS INLCUDING PASSPORT, GREEN CARD AND WERE SUPPLIED WITH THE MONEY ORDER TO PROCESS THIS VISA. ACCORDING TO THE BLS WEBSITE, IT SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 TO 2 WEEKS FROM RECEIVING THE APPLICATION AND MATERIALS TO PROCESS. IT HAS NOW BEEN 19 BUSINESS DAYS AND NOT ONE UPDATE FROM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN PAID FOR A SERVICE AND HOLDS SUCH IMPORTANT SECURITY DOCUMENTS.Desired Settlement: WE NEED HIS PASSPORT WITH VISA BACK ASAP. IF THEY CANNOT GIVE US A VISA, WE NEED OUR PASSPORT AND ALL OTHER SECURITY DOCUMENTS BACK AS THEY ARE HOLDING ALL OF IDENTIFICATION AND WILL GIVE US NO INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF HIS APPLICATION. PLEASE EXPEDITE THIS REQUEST, AS HIS SECURITY DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL NEXT WEEK.

Review: BLS was supposed to return my fiance's passport to him once his Indian visa was approved with the FedEx form that was enclosed with the visa application sent in on July *. After approving the visa, they failed to return the passport to him. Numerous calls (we estimate 15 calls, once daily, often on hold for an hour before reaching a person) have failed to produce a response. When he requests to speak with a supervisor they hang up the phone. Some customer service representatives have said they would return a call (or have the supervisor call) in ten minutes but they have not returned the calls. He is often referred to non-working telephone numbers for assistance, and when he calls back to report that, they deny that the phone number is nonworking. A second FedEx label was sent when one service representative stated that the company had lost the original label, however the passport was still not sent back to us. We need the passport returned to us now.Desired Settlement: We would like the passport returned to us immediately via FedEx with a tracking number.

Review: In order let my mother goes on prepaid cruise trip to Schengen area, we submitted Denmark visa application through BLS International Denmark Visa Service Center. After receiving notice about visa is ready for collection, on the day I went to BLS DC office, I was told they could not locate the passport and green card. BLS finally fail to locate and recover my mother's passport and green card. In order to minimize the possible lose, we had to obtain the sufficient emergency travel documents replacing the lost passport/green-card with re-applying the visa and further file for passport and green-card replacements. During the process the tremendous efforts including the express cost for emergency documents and visa process, my work time on travel/handling, and anxiety suffered by my senior parents and myself, etc were involved. Because of the emergency temporary travel document, the reapplied visa can only cover 3 countries out of 6 countries the cruise went. My mother was not allowed to other countries that she was not granted visa for. I have been trying to send emails to communicate with BLS regarding the claim for the damages cause by them. They keep ignoring me without any responses. The further ignore will cost me more to file the lawsuit against BLS and will eventually add more damages.Desired Settlement: Request immediate response and monetary remediation for all cost involved with travel document/passport, green card replacements, visa reapplication, and lose from incomplete prepaid trip.
