DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ESPECIALLY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION I used them for a bi-weekly cleaning from November until Jan I was first attracted to the pricing (which immediately went up a couple weeks later), but had never hired a cleaning service so I was a little apprehensiveThe cleaner was very nice but very slowI have a very small bed / bath apt so initially asked for 3hrs but due to it being first cleaning and bed, 4hrs was advisedThe cleaner was extremely slow so I let her know I was willing to do 4hrsAFTER HRS she still hadn't started on either of the bedrooms but she continued without telling me she was going overAfter over 5hrs SHE STILL WAS NOT DONE, to which I said thats enoughI paid her for the 1/hrs without the bedrooms being cleaned completelybeds wasn't made, dusting, mirrors wasn't cleaned, no organizing at all in bedrooms When I talked with the owner, he said he could send me another cleaner that was known to be faster to which I acceptedthe second cleaner sent did a good job and got everything clean, but was chronically lateI even complained to the owner to cancel a appt because of the lateness I was on their reoccurring payment plan for bi-weekly cleaningI tried to cancel services 2days before my next scheduled appt and called and left a message for cancellation The next day I get an email of confirmation of cleaning apptI immediately called and told them I cancelled to which he said he had not received any messages and that if I wanted to cancel he would charge me a cancellation fee of $because I didnt give notice! I stated I did cancel and he claimed he never got any messageSo I then said well go ahead and send cleaner this last time because if he was going to charge me I might as well get house cleaned to which he refused!!! He was very rude and because I wanted to cancel services he got defensiveYou would think as much as his cleaners were late and being that I was using his service for a couple months he would be reasonable because if he was a smart businessman he would recognize that a happy, maybe returning, customer that would recommend business is more important than his hurt ego I immediately called my bank and stopped payment

Unfortunately, BLT Cleaning Services is a NO-SHOW two days in a rowI bought a Living Social Voucher on 11/11/I booked an appointment with Benjamin T*** (their rep/owner) on the same day, 11/11, for a hour cleaning for Friday 11/25/at 9AM (the day after Thanksgiving)I asked if that day would be a problem, and he said noHe would even re-confirm the appointment, just in case, even though I would receive the confirmation emailI received the confirmation email but never heard back from himHe did, however, "redeem" my $voucher...yet the service was not yet completed
On 11/22, I called BLT Cleaners to ensure my 11/appointment was securedNever received a call backOn 11/23, I emailed BLT CleanersNever received a response backOn 11/25, I called at 8:30AM to ensure a cleaner was coming at 9AMBenjamin called me back at 8:40AM, saying their Cleaner was sick and in the hospitalWe rescheduled for 1PM on 11/26, and I received an email confirmationI told Ben that I had appointments before 1PM and after 4PM...so it was very important that the cleaner showed up
On 11/(today), in the morning I received a "pending" email confirmation, a reversal of the email I received yesterdayAgain, I (ME) called Ben and asked what was happeningHe said he had to re-book a new cleaner since the other one was still sick...and that the new cleaner was behind schedule...he asked if I could push to 2PMI said it wasn't ideal since I had appointments at 5:00PM...but he promised she would be on time
It is now 2:45PM, and the cleaner is a no-show...againBenjamin says I need to get a refund through Living Social since I am unsatisfied and he tried to assistHe also said I needed to be more flexible since it's not his fault the cleaners are sick and delayedClearly this has become unprofessional, particularly since Ben has not been communicative, upfront or reliableIn truth, BLT is a lazy uncommunicative company that redeems vouchers early and then has no-show cleanersSadly, I've just researched them thoroughly and seen all the negative reviews and rip off reports
This has caused a great inconvenienceIt's also a real surprise since I booked this two weeks ago and felt confident (at first) that BLT Cleaners might be a decent company

I have a very small 2 bed / 1 bath apt so initially asked for 3hrs but due to it being first cleaning and 2 bed, 4hrs was advised. The cleaner was extremely slow so I let her know I was willing to do 4hrs.. AFTER 4 HRS she still hadn't started on either of the bedrooms but she continued without telling me she was going over. After over 5hrs SHE STILL WAS NOT DONE, to which I said thats enough. I paid her for the 5 1/2 hrs without the bedrooms being cleaned completely... beds wasn't made, dusting, mirrors wasn't cleaned, no organizing at all in bedrooms.
