The dress ordered became out of stock, to back ordered and unfortunately this customer was lost in the confusion of a changing team here at BLU of ordering and shippingI am so very sorry for any confusion and as I have been traveling almost the entire summer meeting with designers and markets.I strive to proved 100% customer satisfaction and apologize for incoviences this may have causedI am mailing a check for $and small gift in hopes to gain a positive reflection of BLU and that customer will again consider BLU trusted shopping.I will be mailing USPS ground.Thank you [redacted] BLU Boutique
I bought a pair of boots for $They were listed as free and only charged me shippingI messaged the boutique owner times before I received s response stating they would not honor what their website had listedThat is fraud and advertisingI told the owner I would give her time to send me the boots but I still have not received a resonae from anyone regarding this issue
On at 1010am I ordered a dress through *** *** Owner of BLU BoutiqueI was told by *** she would email me the invoice and my size had been pulledOn I was near the store I stopped in to see if I could pay the invoice and take the dress with me that night*** was not in the store the salesperson could not find the dress or invoice and took awhile for her to contact ***At that time found out the dress would be dropped shipped she hadn39t sent the invoice and it would take a few weeks for the dress to arriveOn at 934am I messaged *** to let her know I had not received the invoice or the dress and asked if I missed the email No reply from her however I did receive the invoice on and paid I messaged *** on at 939am to inform her I paid invoice on and had not received the dress and it had been weeksI did receive a reply from *** she didn39t know why I hadn39t got
