Review: I ordered a side table from BluDot through [redacted] and when I received the item there was a piece missing. In the instruction manual there was an email ([redacted]) for missing or damaged pieces. When I emailed informaing them of the missing piece and asking them to mail me the piece they responded saying that they cannot do that. Said I would need to return the entire table and order a new one. I was ok with this but [redacted] would not take it back because I did not have a receipt any longer and I had thrown the box away expecting that it would be no big deal to mail the missing piece. (I have had this happen before with furniture I have order and the other companies were always able to send me the piece so I didn't think it would be an issue.) When I told this to [redacted] ([redacted]), the representative who was emailing me back, she called and left a message telling me that I was wrong and target would take it back. I tried calling back but there was no response so I returned her email saying that I had been to [redacted] and they said no, she never responded. I now have a table that I am unable to use or return so I am out the money because the manufacturer will not send the missing piece.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sent an entire new table at their cost for shipping.
