My fiancee and I visited Washington DC in August and stayed at the Normandy HotelWe were there for three daysFor the first two nights we were both bitten several times by what I can only assume were bedbugsThe first night just Kayla was bitten, the second night we were both bitten several timesWe took many photographs of the bitesWe were moved to a new room for the last night and were not bitten that eveningWe notified management about the problem and they closed the previous roomThey told us we would be contacted by them when a professional came in to verify that it was indeed bed bugsI left them my phone number and email and a business cardWe stressed we wanted to be contactedWe were never contacted over the next month and meanwhile all of our luggage remained in the trunk of my car for fear we would infest our home with bedbugsWe eventually had to have the luggage heat treated before we brought it insideI sent several emails to the hotel to no availI finall
