I bought this phone like moths agoThe phone is the blu pure xl (the most expensive one at the moment)I thought it was gonna be a good phoneSeemed fast and it had good specsWell, I was wrongThe phone over heatsThat's a very big problemI called blu and they told be to cut off my data or do a factory resetA little back trackI had two and the last had a camera problem, so they sent me a replacementThe last over heated alsoAny ways...they told me to cut off my data or factory reset my phoneI told them that's very unconventional for me (being that if my datas off I can't do anything with my phone, and if I factory reset it I won't have anything on my device again)They told me to focus anyways, so I didIt did not work on the slightestSo I asked them can I get a refundThey said no I can't get refunded because there company does not support refundsI said "that's crazy because they are a phone company and if phone companies usually refund"They told me the most they can do is repair or replace it (keep in mind they just did that two months ago)All I want is a refund at this point and they won't provide me with oneThere is many other phones on the market for the same price now and I want one of thoseThis one is just way to much of a hassleSO NOT GO WITH BLUI am within warranty alsoI have all of the accessories and they are in perfect condition but I just can't get a refund to save my life

They sell very bad cars wont pass safety inspection or emissions they sell cars that don't have problems till you try highway speeds but were they are at you cant get to hi way very easy but then when you contact them the same day they say to bad the loan company has the contract now, My car has fuil leaks at higher speeds over heats above this car lot is in Killeen TX there sister lot is in Belton TX were I got my car at

Blu products makes guarantees that they do not honor. Publicized updates from their website are not fulfilled.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY ANOTHER BLU PHONE!!! I gave blu not one, but two chances to prove themselves to me. I'm so upset right now I can't even calm down enough to explain what these boy phone have put me through! I know one thing, I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY ON BLU. I PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON MY FIRST BLU PHONE MAY OF 2015, and the [redacted] phone stopped working, taking all of the information I stored in the phone with it. I gave blu the benefit of the doubt and bought another blu phone July 26th 2016, and guess what? The [redacted] phone stopped working! Just blacked out on me in the middle of my phone conversation. I'm done with blu. I'm not sending this piece of garbage all the way to Florida to get repaired. I'm throwing it straight into the trash where it belongs. I should've listened to everyone when they advised me not to buy this brand. I learned the hard way. not once, but twice.

I will NEVER buy a BLU product again!!! I've been having problems with my phone and so I called about it. First I was told to do a hard reset and then if that didn't work to call them back. So I did the hard reset and waited about a week and I was still having trouble with my phone. I just purchased this phone about a month ago so I shouldn't be having any problems with it. So I ended up calling them back and spoke to a guy he said I had to send my phone in in order for them to fix it. I told him I did not feel comfortable with doing that and that the phone I have is my only form of communication. He said he was sorry for the inconvience but that is their policy. So I got off the phone with him and called back to speak to someone else and she said the same thing and so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Again she told me the same thing, at this point I was really upset with their customer service because my phone is not working properly and the only way to get it fixed is to send it to them. I have a job and they have to be able to get ahold of me and not only that what if an emergency happened, and guess what I wouldn't have my phone because they want me to send it to them for god only knows how long to fix it. I have a year warranty on my phone and for what reason?? Every other phone company/store you buy a phone from under their warranty if the phone isn't working correctly then they will gladly send you a new phone and you send the other one back. This is the only company I have heard of where they want you to send them your phone, and who even knows if you will get the same one back or one at all. I am very very very dissatisfied with this policy and will no longer buy your products and will get rid of the one I have as soon as I can!! I'll make sure to let my friends and family know about this aweful experience with your company!! So they don't have to go through the same thing I did!!

The phone will go in the garbage and I will NEVER use another BLU Product.

I purchased a second BLU phone and needed to simply replace a battery, under warranty, through a warranty claim. Their service people were polite and assured me the battery would arrive within 15 business days. After 31 days, I called back and the customer service rep. checked the record, noted the issue and placed me on a very long hold, which I had experienced before. The result of her hold was that the "appropriate dept. was closed," which she should have known prior to the hold. She told me that she would "escalate" the issue, whatever that means, and that I should call back on Monday. This is a very poor practice, requiring a fourth tel. call on one issue. Amazon can deliver a replacement item in 48 hours, sometimes less. I asked for a supervisor and she either could not locate one or there were none on duty - during business hours, I might add. The founder of BLU did not envision this type of service. Thus I will document and "escalate" this issue - to every regulating body and better business agency, if needed, that can act to correct substandard business practices.

BLU SERVICE ARE THIEVES. AVOID SENDING YOUR PHONE TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. MY PHONE IS FULLY OPERATIONAL, BUT I CRACKED THE SCREEN ON IT. BUT THE PHONE WORKED FINE. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH IT. EVERYTHING WORKED. I THOUGH I SHOULD FIX THE SCREEN SO I CALLED THEM. AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO SEND THE PHONE TO THEM TO FIX IT AND IT WILL COST ME $66. I ACCEPTED THEIR OFFER AND THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING MY REPAIRS WILL BE $66 INCLUDING PARTS, LABOR AND SHIPPING. AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS WITH THE HAVING MY PHONE, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM THAT I NEED TO PAY THEM $109.28 TO REPAIR IT. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY SAID THAT THE $66 WAS JUST AN ESTIMATE. NOW I STILL HAVE THEIR EMAIL, AND IT DOES NOT SAY IT IS AN ESTIMATE. I ASKED FOR MY PHONE BACK, AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $10 TO MAIL IT BACK TO ME (IT COAST ME LESS THAN $4 TO SHIP TO THE THROUGH PRIORITY MAIL), AVOID THEM

My phone had started shutting off even when it was fully charged and started to only work when I had it plugged in to my charger. Eventually the problem worsened and it now wont even turn on. I contacted the customer service and they picked up, tried to walk me through a hard restart but my phone had shut off in the middle of it. She then told me that we would just do a warranty claim and would send me an email. I received the email. It asked for the receipt and where I purchased it. I replied with the information. I waited a week for a response and still have no response and still have my broken phone.

If your Blu phone works you are lucky, their warranty service might be the worst in the world.

Mind worked well for while and then froze up and could not be reset so their service department asked me to send it in. They said it needed to be replaced but they didn't send me a new one for well over a month, (time that they had it in their office). Several of their service people told me their service department has been overrun with warranty repairs.

I was elated when the new one arrived, but it didn't work out of the box, so I called them again and they admitted they "erase and reload software" on returned phones and send them back out to people like me without checking them to see if they work. They asked me to repeat the return process, and told me they would try to send me a better phone next time. They were very polite.

The second return was no less time consuming, way over month later they contacted me and gave me an ultimatum. They no longer have phones like mine at the service center so they wanted to send me a different phone,of their choosing, and make me agree to accept the substitution ahead of time, or they said they would somehow be justified for not giving me anything at all and keeping my defective phone.

Yes, I feel like I've been mugged by their service department.

I have been without a phone for months, because my new phone had a warranty problem. I have spent more money on my phone service plan during the time it was in their possession, than the phone cost to begin with, and I have $50 worth of useless case and tempered glass, that is useless without that phone.

I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER BLU PRODUCT
