I purchased a second BLU phone and needed to simply replace a battery, under warranty, through a warranty claimTheir service people were polite and assured me the battery would arrive within business daysAfter days, I called back and the customer service repchecked the record, noted the issue and placed me on a very long hold, which I had experienced beforeThe result of her hold was that the "appropriate deptwas closed," which she should have known prior to the holdShe told me that she would "escalate" the issue, whatever that means, and that I should call back on MondayThis is a very poor practice, requiring a fourth telcall on one issueAmazon can deliver a replacement item in hours, sometimes lessI asked for a supervisor and she either could not locate one or there were none on duty - during business hours, I might addThe founder of BLU did not envision this type of serviceThus I will document and "escalate" this issue - to every regulating body and better business agency, if needed, that can act to correct substandard business practices

An absolute joke Minimum minon hold with Customer Service every time No interest in assisting? Always an excuse The phone will go in the garbage and I will NEVER use another BLU Product

My phone had started shutting off even when it was fully charged and started to only work when I had it plugged in to my chargerEventually the problem worsened and it now wont even turn onI contacted the customer service and they picked up, tried to walk me through a hard restart but my phone had shut off in the middle of itShe then told me that we would just do a warranty claim and would send me an emailI received the emailIt asked for the receipt and where I purchased itI replied with the informationI waited a week for a response and still have no response and still have my broken phone

Blu products makes guarantees that they do not honorPublicized updates from their website are not fulfilled

NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY ANOTHER BLU PHONE!!! I gave blu not one, but two chances to prove themselves to meI'm so upset right now I can't even calm down enough to explain what these boy phone have put me through! I know one thing, I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY ON BLUI PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON MY FIRST BLU PHONE MAY OF 2015, and the [redacted] phone stopped working, taking all of the information I stored in the phone with it I gave blu the benefit of the doubt and bought another blu phone July 26th 2016, and guess what? The [redacted] phone stopped working! Just blacked out on me in the middle of my phone conversationI'm done with bluI'm not sending this piece of garbage all the way to Florida to get repairedI'm throwing it straight into the trash where it belongsI should've listened to everyone when they advised me not to buy this brandI learned the hard waynot once, but twice

I will NEVER buy a BLU product again!!! I've been having problems with my phone and so I called about itFirst I was told to do a hard reset and then if that didn't work to call them backSo I did the hard reset and waited about a week and I was still having trouble with my phoneI just purchased this phone about a month ago so I shouldn't be having any problems with itSo I ended up calling them back and spoke to a guy he said I had to send my phone in in order for them to fix itI told him I did not feel comfortable with doing that and that the phone I have is my only form of communicationHe said he was sorry for the inconvience but that is their policySo I got off the phone with him and called back to speak to someone else and she said the same thing and so I asked to speak to a supervisorAgain she told me the same thing, at this point I was really upset with their customer service because my phone is not working properly and the only way to get it fixed is to send it to themI have a job and they have to be able to get ahold of me and not only that what if an emergency happened, and guess what I wouldn't have my phone because they want me to send it to them for god only knows how long to fix itI have a year warranty on my phone and for what reason?? Every other phone company/store you buy a phone from under their warranty if the phone isn't working correctly then they will gladly send you a new phone and you send the other one backThis is the only company I have heard of where they want you to send them your phone, and who even knows if you will get the same one back or one at allI am very very very dissatisfied with this policy and will no longer buy your products and will get rid of the one I have as soon as I can!! I'll make sure to let my friends and family know about this aweful experience with your company!! So they don't have to go through the same thing I did!!
