Blu’s Show Door Inc does not rely on advertisingWe have one of the bigger shower door companies with employeesAll of our work comes from word of mouthMr [redacted] received a framed shower doorHis 1970’s bathroom would not accept the new frameless shower doorsHe and his wife have been using this shower daily with no problems and will continue to do this for the rest of their lives with no problemsMr [redacted] is an older gentlemanWe have gone to the house several times to explain his door and he refuses to listenWe have chosen to refund his money of $I am sure he will get 10-years from his shower doorI feel this refund is what we need to do to make Mr [redacted] happy

Note that the company has taken the easy way outThey have not corrected their faulty workmanship nor have they corrected the problem with the design of the shower unitThis was not the product that they told me would be installedThey have ignored all attempts to remedy this problemThey have refunded the money for the unit which will allow me to go to another company with will remove the unit an hopefully install a unit that will fit and be seviceable.
