The package was picked up on Friday 6-16-by *** on our daily pick up and scanned into their system at 5:44pm on the same Friday. The package was sent by *** 2nd day air which gets it there by Tuesday 6-20-17. To get it there by Saturday would require *** Next Day Service Saturday Delivery which would cost $for this expedited shipping. There is no way an order submitted on Thursday night can be shipped any sooner than Friday the next day

I am rejecting this response because:I have received things through [redacted] 2day on Saturday. The company waited to late in the day to ship and on the processing ticket from [redacted] states first scanned in on Saturday, not Friday.

The order was submitted on Thursday night at 9:41 pm for U-bolts with [redacted] 2nd day air by the customer.  We processed the order the next business day and shipped the parts by [redacted] 2nd day air.  The parts will arrive in 2 business days to the customer as expected.  [redacted] doesn't include...

the weekend in the shipping transit calculation.   This was explained to the customer.
