They never responded to my emails or messages. In one of my messages, I stated if they did not have the item, I wanted a refund. They decided to have the item poorly replicated instead of honoring my request. Attached are pictures of what they sent to me versus what I ordered. They sent me a jacket that was a Men's size 3X instead of a female size which results in it fitting 2 sizes too big. It is not the color I ordered nor does it fit the description of the item online. The jacket on their website has pink and green stripes around the collar and sleeves. The jacket I was mailed does not. The jacket I ordered was fleece, light weight, and not lined. The jacket that was mailed is heavy, lined, and made for a man! I am an AKA; our colors are pink and green. The jacket Blue Apple sent to me has the AKA crest, letters, and phrases on a jacket with sleeves closer to red than pink. I would like the option to mail this jacket back to them for a full refund because I cannot and will not use it.
