Had someone helped over the 2 month mess I could have recovered a lot more loss. I was told I would get my final payment for a few things, my deposit payment, and 3 months of my management fees, and yard work. I still haven't received it yet. I had to respond to this by the 6th so I am just giving an update. Though it isn't an ideal solution it is ok if the final check comes.

Allowing for mail service, [redacted] has most likely received these by now which should resolve the issue. Thank you.
