Blue Balloon Parties had been working along side All in One Entertainment for any paperwork necessary required by the New York State. Not only we have provide the DCA license for Ms. Jillian for her Sunday event, We also have provided a DCA license for another client/company (South Side United -Los Sures ) for a Saturday event. Services for the other client was rendered, performed and was completely satisfied.Jillian's event was not completed for the sole reason that the client have double book another company for the same services and requested our company to cancelled the reservation 2 days prior the date of the event. In the event that Blue Balloon was UNABLE to render the services we would be have gladly refunded her the deposit made, But in Jillian's case Blue Balloon was 100% CAPABLE of doing the event and have worked diligently to get the paperwork done for her event. A green light was given to Blue Balloon to perform the services for Jillian party from the Mayor's office but Jillian still decided to book another company.However because we are committed in providing the best and highest level is service and we take pride in ensuring our customer satisfaction, we will be giving Jillian a $200 credit that is to be used the her next event.
