Had water damage In February of this year (2015) due to the ice storm Hired BKA to do the work HUGE MISTAKE Worst people we have ever dealt with Their workers had no respect for our property Had numerous problems with their lousy workWould work a day and maybe not see anyone for another week or two This went on for seven months It was just a waiting game Parts of the project had to be done over One wall was repaired three times and another wall twice Still not back like it was before the damage That was one thing we were told - "we will fix everything back like it was" Bunch of crap The project manager for the restoration was so uncaring about how things turned outAfter seven months he was willing to let things go as they were, knowing it was not right Finally got the Operations Manager to come outHe agreed that repairs were not correctly done and requested more work be done; however, it still wasn't repaired correctly If you can't fix something after three attempts, something is wrong somewhere After the last attempt, no one from BKA ever came out to check the work or even contacted us That shows the kind of company they are They were paid to replace some boards with new ones, but they just put the old ones back up Easy way outThey don't take pride in their work Had new hardwood flooring put down Three days later they did some painting and didn't even cover the floor How Stupid I worked three days cleaning and getting the paint off the floor Too many problems to mention all of them They tell you what they want you to hear whether it's the truth or not I wouldn't recommend BKA to repair a dog house
