Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While I am very appreciative of the offer to resolve the matter, I feel it needs to be recognized that this went without resolution via Revdex.com or via RPM (past direct communications) for what is closing in on almost 2 years.  The bathub and surround not replaced correctly at all and the labor is all that is in dispute here - to the tune of nearly $900 of bad labor costs.  I have been left replacing many issues that were not correctly fixed or were completely ignored by RPM during the time in which RPM management my property.  I strongly believe I am entitled to the full amount of $898, plus the $34 and change.  However, in an attempt to put this matter completely to rest and be willing to compromise on the loss of money I paid for the bad repairs,, I am willing to accept $734 in full and complete satisfaction of the outstanding issues.  If this offer is acceptable, I will forward my address for payment.  Thank you for your attention this matter.  While it is late, I am appreciative that we may be able to resolve the matter soon.
Regards,

[redacted],I am sorry for the delay in response to this ticket. It was not initially reported under the correct company due to Blue Bear Repair and RPM being related entities so I was not aware of the ticket initially. Still I would like to make the situation right. The faucet replacement that...

you were referring to (billed 3/13/14) was not the faucet but was listed on the bill as the “spout.” The report of the leak that occurred was as follows:  "A PVC pipe on the newly installed bathtub is leaking from behind the access panel.”  It was not the faucet itself that was leaking but rather the line to the faucet in the wall. I do understand the confusion about the wording used though. This bill did end up being over the allowed amount per your management agreement though so we are willing to refund you the difference of $34.38. In regard to the tub replacement, I am sorry if it was not done satisfactorily. I do not have first hand knowledge of the situation as it was handled by Clint who is no longer with RPM. The total that you were charged for the replacement was $898.37. I am willing to refund you half of the total charge ($450) in an attempt to resolve this ticket and make things right. This would be in addition to the $34.48 refund for a total of $484.38. If this is a satisfactory arrangement I can have payment to you issued immediately, just reply and let me know to whom and where payment should be sent. Thank you,Heather M[redacted]                                               Office Manager                                                               Real Property Management Midwest[redacted] [redacted]  |  Fax 513.762.9005

We accept the $734 as full resolution of the matter. Please let me know where to send the payment. Thank you.
