They will take the info and if there are enough complaints, they will shut this company down and make their lives miserable.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Unfortunately, I fell victim to the BlueBiotics scam. One of the reasons it happened is because there is a website "Consumershealthreport.com that claims Bluebiotics is by far the best supplement on the market. I ordered a week ago and when I tried checking both the Consumer's Health Report and Bluebiotics web sites, both have been "suspended," which means they haven't paid their bills! And which also means the "Consumer's Health Report" that claims Bluebiotics is "the best on the market" is owned by Bluebiotics.
Like the others on these reviews I ordered the first bottle and the extra three "for a discounted price."
Want my money back. Hope the FTC shuts them down. They will take everything from them and more. Shame on you Bluebiotics. You deserve it.

Hope all who even thinks of ordering from this company sees all these reviews to know they are a scam. I ordered 10/21/17 3 bottles of BlueBiology Tumeric Curcumin which I have not received yet. I have emailed them twice because there is no phone number because they are so busy. Busy scamming everyone. I am noitifying my credit card company to get my money back. What a rip off and to think I was told by my doctor to take Tumeric because I have severe neuropathy. I researched brands and of course they must have written the review and ordered theirs. Pretty bad that they cannot make a living without hurting other people. Your day will come!

I received s paid for three month supply of blue biotics it was shipped to my mailbox in Arizona and sat in the mailbox in 110 degrees. Needless to say I did the milk test and all bacteria are dead ..what a waste of money and time . I expected great things from this product only to send unanswered emails and no phone number for contacting them about this issue I want my money back !

The company states the product should not be exposed to temperatures 78 degrees or above. I live in Florida,in july. I emailed them at the time of the purchase my concerns of the heat damage. On their own site it stated the product must not be exposed to temperatures 78 degrees or higher. Yet they take no precautions to ensure regulated temps when shipping during summer in southern states. I never got a return email. There are no return policys to be found, no phone numbers and no email responses. I ordered 6 month supply of their website on december 2015. They failed to deliver my items and have ignored numerous emails ever since. I can't figure out if they are an actual company or just a scam?!","neg-1

I ordered Blue Biotic Probiotic on October 29, 2015. When the order was confirmed it stated that it would ship within 5-7 days. November 10th I still had not received the order. I went to their website and tried to use the 'track order' link. The link did not work. I then emailed the support email listed on the sight. November 12th I received an email back saying they were very backlogged but they expected the order to ship as soon as possible with expected delivery by November 18th. November 25th I sent another email requesting the order be cancelled and a full refund be given. November 29th I received an email stating the order had been cancelled with no mention of a refund. December 2nd I then sent an email inquiring about when I could expect a refund. The company did not even bother to respond. December 9th I sent another email stating I would like a response and/or refund. To date, still have received absolutely no response.
The most alarming part of this. The website is still up and running and accepting orders that must be paid for at time of order. They have pulled their phone numbers from the website and it has been impossible to contact them.
As of December 15th - I have now filed a complaint with my credit card company in hopes they will be able to assist. ","neg-2

Being that this product must be kept cool, I am very concerned about the delivery process. It was left in my mailbox in 98 degree weather. I am very concerned about the product being left in my mailbox, in the extreme heat, being that this is supposed to stay cool.. there is absolutely no contact information for this company AT ALL, so at this point I would like my money back. I ordered one bottle and accidentally ordered 3 more. They haven't sent the bottle that I ordered and I have not received the refund of the accidental extra 3 bottles. I've sent them multiple messages. They've taken the $120.85 from my [redacted] debit card. Ordered Two bottles of Blue Biotics on May 1, 2016. Still have not received product or a response to my numerous e-mails.I ordered VIA the web (order ID 260047429) 2 bottles of Blue Biotics on May 1, 2016 @ 14:42:56. I paid with my [redacted] the amount of $75.90 (2 bottles = 69.95 + shipping $5.95 = $75.90)I have not received the product to date. I have sent four e-mails (5/6, 5/9, 5/10, 5/11) with no response. I tried to call the phone number that was on the email I received to confirm my order. The number has a recording stating that the voice mail has not been set up yet. I ordered 3 bottles of Blue Biotics from bluebiotics.com on 06/28/16. I received a confirmation email quoting: order ID: _________;Payment type: Visa; Order status: Accepted ; the order and price $99.95; my name, email address, street/shipping address and my phone number, and signed: HGSD LLC. __________(this is apparently their phone #) but their website says they are too busy to do business by phone and to use email, [email protected], bluebiotics.con. My Visa was charged $99.95 on 06/29/16. On 07/13/16, which was 10 business days from my order ( standard practice) I sent them an email added on to their confirmation email stating I had not received the product or any communication re shipping of same. There was no response. I received no further communication re my order until 07/21/16 because on 07/18/16 I sent them a second email in the type of format they used stating my order number, date billed, received -never, communication- never and indicating I was making an FBI report. I did try to make an FBI report but there was something wrong with their online form that prevented me from completing it. On 07/21/16 I received a reply stating 1. There was " an error with your shipping address which we were trying to resolve " 2. "As we were unable to resolve it, I have refunded the cost of your order". I printed their initial confirmation of order email with order # and shipping details- there was NO error with my shipping address. Next I checked my credit card account and nothing has been credited. I checked again today and nothing has been credited. My account online view has a "pending" function- it's NOT THERE. I'm still not sure that this isn't Internet fraud and at the very least it is very inefficient, poorly communicated, confabulating, company who does not hesitate to take your money and not deliver the goods, if they actually exist. I didn't realize I had completed the order for probiotics on 7/20/16 costing $94.95. When my iPad gave a warning about the security of the business I tried to back out. The order went through anyway so I emailed the company and was told they couldn't stop the order but when I received it I could mail it back. When I had mailed it unopened (7/28/16) I was told to send them an email and the refund would be taken care of immediately. I sent the email the same day. I gave them plenty of time for the probiotics to be returned to them. On August 23 I emailed them again. I received an email apologizing and saying it should show up in my account in 1-2 days.
