Any payments made through the PayPros Invoice system ties back to the original merchant In this instance it would be the vacation renter We can only discuss transaction processing with the contracted party that initiated the transaction (I.Ethe vacation renter) The vacation
renter should be able to provide their customer a receipt for the refunded transaction Any transactions processed by the vacation renter process on their merchant account and would be a discussion between them and the customer The customer for this complaint will need to contact the renter from whom they were renting to have a receipt provided to them for the transaction in question If the renter has any questions, they can contact our Customer Support team at 800-774-

Our Customer Satisfaction team has resolved this matter directly with the customer The equipment referenced was purchased directly from another party not from PayPros which is the reason we are unable to refund them for the equipment costs
