Purchased our home near Clandeboye MB a few months back and have been waiting to write a review until our system has had some run time on it. First of all the whole process of researching the types of water treatment systems can be overwhelming, every site you look at, and every person you talk to will tell you something different. Called Blue Bison and talked to Greg who set up an appointment to come out and analyze our water to see exactly what I needed. Greg suggested an Iron filter, then took the time to review the types and sizes available and how it would help our current water softener. We set up an install date, they were there right on time, price was what was quoted, friendly, and knowledgeable. We noticed an improvement almost right away, and continued to improve as our system cleaned out. Even gave our existing water softener a tune up while they were there. I have to say purchasing an Iron filter right after buying a house feels like a big hit to the wallet, but I can say without a doubt it was well worth it, and my wife says I am cheap so if I say it is worth every penny that means something. Highly recommend these guys.

We were contacted by an agency who has a list of clients that they contact from time to time to setup servicing on water treatment equipment. We were giving a appointment time and date to service a water softener. We tried to make contact with the customer via the provided telephone number one hour prior the booked time. We did not get to talk with the customer and never left a message on the phone. We made a second attempt to call half an hour before appointment time with no answer no message left. No further contact was made to customer by us. We provide the service to the customers that the agency provides to us. It is unfortunate that this customer has had a bad experience we apologize for an distress we caused by calling the morning of our booking.
