Ordered wedding package with this company, never received video.We purchased a package for our wedding that included: photographer, DJ, videographer and a photo booth. We paid 50% of the package price in November of 2014 and the remainder a few weeks prior to our wedding date 4/4/2015. We have spoken to Blue Box representatives numerous times, but each time we've been told they have the video, but need to ensure it's been edited. Within the past few weeks, I have called & emailed, but have not received any response. The video package included a highlight video and a full-edit video of the entire ceremony. We received the highlight video, but not the full-edit video. [redacted] did our video. We have also spoken to [redacted]. I also spoke to a Salesperson on one occasion that promised the owner would give us a call, but we still have not received that call. We paid $1500 on 11/28/2014 and $1595.12 on 3/5/2015. We would just like our video.Desired SettlementWe would like the video. If that's not possible, we would like a refund.

Company did not supply wedding album as promised. Emailed and called multiple times and only received lies with no actual product.Signed a contract in February 2014 to have two photographers and a videographer at my wedding on 8/30/2014. Company only provided one photography and one videographer and agreed to pay $400 refund for not provided the 2nd photographer. It took more than 6 emails and a few phone calls to final receive an actual check that didn't bounce. The first check received was not valid and I was charged a fee from my bank. I finally received the check on a few days after 11/14/14.The second issue that still hasn't been resolved is the wedding album that they were supposed to provide. The last email I received was on 3/4/15 stating that the album would take 6-8 weeks for processing and shipment. I emailed the company on 5/15/15 asking about the status and received no response. I sent another email about two weeks later asking about the same issue and still receiving no response. I called during the first week of June and received a call from the manager, [redacted]., stating that they would ship the album within the next few days. I didn't receive anything for another two weeks and recalled on 6/15/15. [redacted] made an excuse about the order being neglected and said it was shipped out and that I should receive it that week. Another month later, I called back on 7/10/15 and yet again, [redacted] made an excuse that the printing company had to redo albums because of a glue problem. He stated that the album would ship out on Monday, 7/13/15 via Overnight shipping and it is now 7/17/15 as I am writing this complaint with no album in hand. I called today and spoke with [redacted] and for the millionth time apologized and acted like he didn't know why I hadn't received the order.My wedding was on 8/30/2014 and it is almost a complete year later and I still have not received my album. This is unacceptable and extremely annoying.Desired SettlementProvide my wife and I with our wedding album that was promised in the initial contract both parties signed. Business Response I do apologize for this clients delay in receiving their album. I believe there was an address change that initially delayed the first quoted ETA, once we received proper address information we were able to ship the album to the client overnight. [redacted] tracking number: [redacted]. This package was received by the client 7/13, (4 days prior to the date of this complaint). I do hope this serves as satisfaction to Mr. [redacted]. As always Blue Box is committed to customer satisfaction and is here to assist our clients Monday-Friday from 10 until 6. Consumer Response Business did supply the album as promised. It was shipped overnight and my residential mail service was holding the package.The address change was not the reason that the order was initially delayed. I provided the company with my new address in March of 2015, and re-verified with the company again on 6/15/15. After numerous calls, emails, and finally a Revdex.com complaint, the company resolves this matter.Blue Box is committed to customer satisfaction as stated, it just might take a few months and a number of phone calls.Final Consumer Response

Did not receive our daughters wedding video or the 2 parent albums or the portrait. We only care about the video. We paid in full before the event. We hired Blue Box Weddings to do the following; DJ, Photographers and the Photo Booth. Everything went fine until the event was over. We did receive the photo's thank God via email, but we have not received the 2 parent albums, the wedding portrait or the video, which at this point is all we want. My daughters wedding day was recorded only by this company and we want our video! Desired SettlementWE WANT THE VIDEO OF OUR DAUGHTERS WEDDING on September 26, 2015 in [redacted] at the [redacted]. I have a signed contract with Blue Box to receive services of photography, DJ, videography, and photo booth for a wedding. the contract date is September 20th, 2014, however; in January 2014, we discussed changing our date with them, but did not know when our new date would be die to unforeseen circumstances. I have an email from them on january 27th stating they were taking us off the schedule for that date and to let them know when we had a new date. I felt pressured to do this to begin with because when I brought it up I was told there were two other brides who wanted my date so I needed to make a decision quickly. I was not made aware that I had a deadline to pick a new date. I received an email today (september 15, 2014) stating they were going to take me to collections and then take legal action against me if I didn't pay them their cancellation fee ($2000). I had already paid them $800 for a deposit/save the date fee that I do not want back. they stated they already have workers prepared for this saturday, even though I have an email saying they took the original date off the schedule. the contract states that they can, at any time, can cancel services and refund any money paid thus far. when I talked to them today they were very threatening about legal action and not understanding of the fact that I wasn't aware I had a deadline. I don't think I should have to pay $2000 to cancel a service I already paid $800 for without the service being completed, especially since I gave them 9 months notice about the date I didn't want. if I had known that I had a deadline I would have contacted them sooner to arrange something. I feel very bullied by this company and very unsatisfied with their 'service and I have emails telling them I felt this way as well. also, they say they have workers prepared for our wedding, but I also haven't heard anything from them about which of the photographers or DJs in completing the service that they told me they already took off the schedule.Product_Or_Service: Wedding photographer, dj, etc.Desired SettlementI would like to cancel our contract. I do not want the $800 deposit back. I would like them to keep that money as their cancellation fee, sign a cancellation contract, and have no further fees or business with this company. Business Response Blue Box LLC has a signed contract with [redacted] for September 20th, 2014 which very clearly outlines obligations of the company and client. Blue Box LLC has not canceled any portion of this contract and is ready to fulfill the services upon payment. The client never changed the wedding date, despite several attempts by our office to attempt to get the date changed officially on their contract and the date change fee paid. You can't move a wedding date without 1) Approval for the date change from Blue Box LLC, 2) Paying the date change fee, and 3) Submitting a signed letter confirming the date change. All of this is outlined on their contract as well as the studio policy's page. The client refused to pay the date change fee as well. Their balance was due in full September 6th 2014. They are currently delinquent on their account. The balance of $3,828.50 will go for full legal action in an attempt to secure a judgment against the client. Blue Box LLC has plenty of ways that have all been offered to [redacted] to move the date or settle the contract, she refused all of them. Blue Box LLC does not collect deposits on our services. The Client paid a reservation fee to secure the services of Blue Box LLC for their wedding. In return, we had reserved over 5 individuals to perform at their wedding. This fee is nonrefundable and services have been rendered for it. Holds are placed on delinquent accounts until any balances are resolved. We do not allow delinquent clients to continue communications until arrangements on their balance have been made. Blue Box LLC has made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue with the client. On September 15th we made contact with this client and attempted to setup payment arrangements with her, she refused and stated she was unable to make any payments.
