business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
We are seeking relief and refunds in the amount of $22,for basically a complete remodel of our entire project originally contracted with C-*** ConstructionWe had to release C-*** Construction, LLC from our original contract due to poor workmanship, time delays, broken promises, substandard materials used, lack of oversight and professionalism, undersized cabinets, poor quality, lack of trained and licensed plumber, electrician, and HVAC contractor, un-needed residual damages, oversized beam, holes in our home that were un-needed for stove vent which caused two holes in our brick, unsafe construction practices, endangerment of our home, and poor and substandard craftsmanshipAlso, short cuts on materials half inch vs3/plywood for cabinet boxes, unprofessional painter who ruined all cabinet boxes and drawers and doors with oil-based primer rolled on with a nap roller, cabinet doors not matching and not fitting, un-square cabinets openings, misrepresentation of knowing the contractor and falsifying prior working relationships, initial granite installation required a complete new slab of graniteMany previous requests have been made with no final resolutionNow that our kitchen project is finally complete with high quality workmanship and construction, we feel it necessary to receive a relief refund immediatelyIn prior discussions, you (Kyle ***) have been verbally aware of legal restitution and we will proceed if an amicable agreement is not madeAll necessary boards, bureaus, and licensing agencies will be notified promptly with no withholding of evidence containing pictures, voicemails, and text-messages exchanged during this project.We paid C-*** Construction, LLCa total of $34,for a demo of our kitchen with nothing to show forWe are asking for $22,refund of relief for this horrific experience

I previously submitted documentation and a formal letter to request dispute protection regarding this customerThe customer and I had previously come to an agreement, which they later said they weren't happy with, after signing a contract/change order with resolution terms outlined.
