Dear ***, Complaint *** from Joanna Rager is not validReason being is our dryers donot use any type of fluid in the dryer drumThe only type of oil or grease used is inside debearing which is located in the rear of the unit, not inside of the drumAlso we think the stainswere already in
the clothes before the washIn the complaint it states "I pulled them out ofwasher there was nothing wrong with them" the stain cannot be visible because the clothes arewet and stains are more easily hiddenTherefore the complaint is invalid and if more discussionis needed please come talk to our management or feel free to email us [email protected] , if customer emails us please be sure they include the laundry cardnumber.Thank you - Gary P***
