We had them out to check our A/C when it was not cooling our house and the fan on the outside would not turn offThe owner came out and flushed the systemHe related that it was now running properlyThe A/C was doing the same thing it was doing prior to us calling themSo nothing was solvedWe thought maybe it had to run a few hours, before the house started to cool off againWe woke up the next day, sweating to deathI called them again, they related that they had hremergency service days a weekWell guess what, no they do not and they also do not answer your phone call with the hour, as they advertise! When she did call me back, and I told her what was going on, she wanted to fight with me about my A/CThey would not come back without charging me again, [redacted] took care of our issue and could not believe that they didn't fix the issueHe related that if they would have went outside and checked out the fan unit, they would have seen that it was a conductor or something like that! A/C is running beautifully, and [redacted] related all kinds of infoto us about our A/CNever again will we ever use this company again! Nor will I refer them
Avoid this company like the plague We had a whole new system installed a couple of years ago specifically looking for better efficiency and reduced electric bills, which was explained at the time of installation(Note: we did not ask for the cheapest products, we wanted efficiency over initial cost) 1)Our bills have never been higher, the system runs constantlyThe year old system this one replaced worked better than this one 2)They miscalculated the outside line drop (the run from the attic to the unit) so it ran under an outside faucet to get to the unit They then charged us more to move it to its proper location 3) They were rude! It should have been our clue that they complained extensively about previous customers throughout the process When we heard "what is his problem now?" from the attic by the owner, we knew we just wanted them done and gone I would not recommend...ever!
