This is the response I sent to my Credit Card company explaining the situation with Mr. [redacted] and his claim that we voided his warranty. The information I sent to you is highlighted for his car. (All of our customers are provided with the service schedule to help them follow the servicing...
correctly) He needs to do his service every 3,000 miles according to GM standards. My records on HIS car averages 6,000 miles which is 2000 miles over MY standard extension.I have discussed this with both him and his wife. He basically threatens me with the Revdex.com or social media complaints if I don't change my policy for him.Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] does not want to take personal responsibly for his vehicle.If you have any questions. This has been resolved. The check for the balance was short and we made up the difference to the customer.Thank you,[redacted]
