Blue Chip Executives charged my credit card twice for one purchase of car cleaning product. They have been unhelpful with getting me my refund.The cleaning car product was $75 for one set plus tax, instead I get charged for two sets instead of one. My price comes out to be $159, thus they owe me $75. The manager of the company said they would resolve the issue and get me my refund, but it been almost 3 weeks. I have been unable to contact them since.I'm very unhappy and frustated with Blue Chip Executives.Desired SettlementAll I want is my $75 refunded back to my credit card and an apology.More info received from the business 2014-01-08 The amount of $160.12 was refunded on 1/8/2014 @ 1:04pm by business owner [redacted] in the presence of his Office Administrator [redacted] and the Charge was declined by [redacted]. We will continue to retry and have the funds refunded to the client.
