I had blue chip come out in service my house and my yard the first spray did not do anything so they came back and reappliedafter about weeks they did a follcall and [redacted] told me that they would come back and do another service for $not the initial dollars for the inside and out of the house once the service representative showed up to the house he informed me after spraying the inside that there would be no discount and they were going to charge me the full 140$I spoke with [redacted] and he told me it was my fault that I misunderstood him and There was nothing he was going to do for me I still have bugs I still have spiders and I still have ants .very unsatisfied with a service and extremely unsatisfied with [redacted] after him telling me and convincing me to pay them to come back a third time I would not refer them.bate and switch what a scam
I am sorry that the issue regarding the fence has not yet been resolved I do believe however that our insurance company is acting in a fair and reasonable mannerMy understanding of the facts are as follows The original damaged fence was purchased at [redacted] *** [redacted] by the consumer directly and installed by the customer The same / matching panel in both size and design was located by our insurance company and found still available to replace the damaged panels from ***Our insurance company has offered to replace not just the damaged panels on one side of the fence, but the entire side of the fence with this panel which would match the remaining sides of the fenceThe customer has apparently refused this offer and insists that he should have replacement of the entire fence, by a different company with a significantly more expensive panel of both type and qualityI do not feel that we should have to replace the entire fence (especially not with a different and more expensive type) when a duplicate of the original has been found and available I would hope that this complaint may be removed as reconciliation was already in process before the complaint and this complaint is asking for what would seem to be an unreasonable resolution.Furthermore, our insurance adjuster has made attempts to contact the customer after this complaint was filed to continue to try and find a resolution with no success or return call as of yet They will continue to try and find a resolution of this issue
