We are very sorry to hear of Ms [redacted] ’s experience with It’s Just Lunch Seattle Our goal is to partner with our members to achieve the best result possible – hopefully a long-term relationship or even marriage We have had hundreds of successful relationships result from our matching and dating servicesMs [redacted] believes that she was promised a date every 2-weeks when she signed up Ms [redacted] ’s contract clearly states that her membership is for months or dates, whichever comes later We communicate that the member is not limited to one date per month, and based on our database, at the time, we match when there are individuals that match our client’s specific criteria We realize that this can be confusing, and since I have purchased the business (September 2015), we have tried to make sure we do not lead the client to believe there will be more than the contracted number of datesWe wish we had been able to better communicate the situation with Ms [redacted] Due to the apparent frustration Ms [redacted] has experienced, IJL Seattle would like to offer her a $Visa gift card, with the understanding there was no intent to mislead or deceive her during the membership We want to wish Ms [redacted] the very best in her future dating Shari [redacted] CEO

***,As a follto the conversation you had with Jillian A*** on Friday, June 9, 2017, we are very sorry that you are disappointed with the It's Just Lunch Seattle services. It appeared there was a misunderstanding of how our service works, team member responsibilities, our cancellation
and non-refundable policy, and the reason for your cancellation, which we understood was that you were in a relationship. Had we understood there were issues regarding your membership, we would have reach out to you to attempt to resolve the problems.IJL Seattle matched you with two introductions -- one of which you continued to date past the first introduction. We understand the second introduction did not result in further dates. As we discussed on the phone, our matching service is designed to take your feedback from your dates and fine-tune the process over time. With only two introductions, it is difficult for this process to deliver maximum results. We highly encourage you to continue with the service and we will waive the monthly membership fees for three months.Further as we discussed, our Client Managers (Taylor and Lauren) are an integral part of the IJL Seattle service process. They coordinate the details of the dates and are here to support you. However, Jillian continues to be your Matchmaker and selects potential dates for you.As stated in your contract signed on April 1, 2017, our enrollment fee is non-refundable: "Enrollment Fees and Membership fees are not refundable." Its Just Lunch regrets to learn of any dissatisfaction or confusion the consumer has experienced surrounding the office transition. The IJL Seattle office is now part of the IJL Corporate portfolio of officesThe Consumer’s level of service does not change; however, she will now receive
some new benefitsShe will be able to work with a large matchmaking team with many years of experience matching busy professionals! In addition, if she does travel, she can request to be matched in any one of our other US locations! We are currently in the process of presenting her next match and we look forward to working with her going forwardThank you!

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing better than spending almost $2,on the same service you'd get with *** I filed a complaint with Revdex.com and was still left feeling like my voice was not heard *** reviews don't lie - worst customer experience/matchmaking service ever Not pleased and made sure all my girlfriends knew about the experience

meeting relationship-minded individuals that match your specific parameters.  Feedback is the key to making this process successful.  We take your feedback from each of your dates to fine-tune matching for your next date.  It is my understanding that you have gone on only one date and that it was your decision to cancel the second scheduled date.  This seems to be a very limited time to decide whether or not IJL will be positively effective for you. Regarding your request for a refund, the IJL Client contract that you signed with us on October 7, 2017 clearly states:   Refunds. Enrollment Fees and Membership fees are not refundable. Your electronic signature here acknowledges your receipt of the cancellation terms… Premier Client Membership: Client agrees to pay $2,300.00 plus applicable sales tax at the signing of this agreement which is a non-refundable initial Enrollment fee.
