To whom it may concernThis letter is in response to the complaint made by [redacted] F [redacted] ([redacted]). Mrs. [redacted] made an AS IS purchase of a 2007 [redacted] and also PURCHASED A 3rd PARTY WARRANTY. Mrs. [redacted] had said vehicle for two weeks and drove approximately 530 miles. Blue Collar...

Auto Sales made an appointment to diagnose and repair vehicle but due to Mrs. [redacted] calling the repair facility 42 times and harassing the mechanic, he refused to touch the car. Said vehicle runs and drives and has no issues from what we can tell. Blue Collar Auto Sales was willing to provide a loaner vehicle while the [redacted] was being diagnosed and possibly repaired under her purchased 3rd party warranty. Mrs. [redacted] was belligerent on the phone and would not wait for the loaner vehicle to be prepped for her use. Blue Collar Auto Sales has made every attempt to help Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] would not cooperate with Blue Collar Auto Sales in any way to help her with diagnostics and possible repair. Blue Collar Auto Sales has and will work with our customers to address problems that arise with pre-owned vehicles within a reasonable amount of time.Thank you for your time in this matter.Sincerely,
