On July 20, 2018 I received a text solicitation, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, to my cellular telephone advertising BlueCollarSolutions.net.

I do not have a pre-established business relationship with this company and they have never been given authorization for them to contact me in this manner.

The company has previously had complaints lodged against it for illegal telemarketing calls, and it continues to knowingly and willfully initiate such calls and messages in violation of FCC regulations (47 USC 227).

What happened was that my company called multiple times because we had a scheduled call back at the request of the owner. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and would not let us explain that we were calling at the owners request. After trying a few times we decided to not...

have the situation escalate any further and just call at another time. Then, this complaintant went as far as to go on our website and called us twice. The number on our website is my direct cell phone number and he called cursing and hung up again twice. I understand he was doing his job by screening the calls but any and all unprofessionalism was done solely on his part.

[At no point did we request that he call us to make unsolicited sales calls.. THat is a lie.. ... I  called him on his celllphone after the 3rd phone cal in 5 minutes... and only when he called back using his cellphone since we would not accept calls from his business phone... He then called us from his cell phone that showed the name Daniel W[redacted] so that we would answer his call.. he then proceeded to mock me by saying I was a male secretary answering the call (when in fact, I'm the manager of this place).. I then called him back on his cell phone and told him that I have his name and phone number and he will be reported if he kept calling .. and he STILL after that called 3 more times.. the easiest resolution would be for him to STOP CALLING US ]

Review: This company makes constant unending and later harassing, unsolicited phone calls... spam phonecalls... today they called my office 6 times in the span of 1 hour... when asked to stop calling to solicit business, they kept callig again and again later resorting to insults to try and gain access... As I stated earlier, this gentleman is not the owner and we were asked to call back on that day and time at the owners request. The manager would not let us explain the situation and kept hanging up on us. The manager went as far as to get the number off of our website, which is the cell phone number to our VP Daniel Wiener. He called twice from 2 different numbers cursing and screaming at the VP and hung up. The VP then proceeded to call back twice on each number to address the complaint and resolve the issue but the manager answered and did not speak or picked up and hung up. (see attached for documents). There was no mocking of any kind, this is another fabrication made by the manager. We never wanted this situation to escalate and since this incident we have removed the number from our call list, destroyed any and all contact sheets for this business and will not reach out to the business anymore.
