I ordered some shoes from this site. They debited my account immediately and then never sent the shoes. Ten days later when I still had not received the shoes or any communication from the company I called them. They had no idea where the order was, or even if they had the shoes in stock.

Review: My wife purchased a pair of shoes for me, and when they arrived they didn't fit. After a fight with the company, they let us send them back after paying a $35 shipping charge additional. I had a $200 credit online with the store. I purchased a pair of shoes, and 2 shirts to fulfill my credits online.

I was shipped a box this week, and the shoes were fine, but one shirt was a completely different shirt, and one shirt was missing. I've emailed and called Blue and Cream, but they are not responding. So at this point they have stolen money from me, and have not delivered on the purchased shirt.Desired Settlement: I want the shirts I ordered online, and I do not want the shirt that they threw in the box.

Review: I purchased an watch online from Blue and Cream on September **, 2013 in the amount of $350.00 with shipping $360.00. I received an invoice via email from them showing the price and confirmation on September [redacted]. On September [redacted] I contacted their customer service because I had not received the watch or a tracking number. I spoke with [redacted] on the phone and he said he meant to call me and there was a problem with the watch. He said that the price was incorrect online and it is now $500.00, he said I can pay the difference if I still want the watch or they will refund me completely. I then said I do not feel this is fair because they charged my credit card on the [redacted] and it is now the [redacted] and now you are telling me the price is different and that they made an error online. I told him I do not feel this is good service and feel that they should honor my online order stating that I have a confirmation from them showing the price and also that I had been on their site numerous times before actually purchasing it and the price was always at $350.00. I told them I feel they should honor the price that I paid. I would still like the watch for the price I paid on the [redacted] of September which is for $350.00. I can provide the invoice and email communication if needed for this complaintDesired Settlement: I just received a letter from Blue and Cream stating that the watch is not for that price and they have refunded me.

Review: I purchased a handbag for over six hundred dollars that broke thirteen days later.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refunded for my purchase made in both cash and credit card.

Review: I bought a jacket($798), They send me a used one, the one is very dirty and looks like someone wore it before?

This is and pen marker and the color is fade,they offer me to give me a discount to clean it, but I found it can't be cleaned?They not agree to return!Desired Settlement: They said they are selling brand new item, but this one is really a used one! and for this item I spend a lot of time , They need pay for me! and give me full refund!

Review: I purchased a Jerome Dreyfuss bag in Blue and Cream website, but I received a bag looks like it's been used, there are scratches and white spots on the bag and the hardware is old too, not brand new condition as they guaranteed. I sent email to them, they said it was "faulty good". so I wrote other email to Jerome Dreyfuss company which made this purse, they said it is unusual for a new bag. Moreover, they told me the price is higher than the original price, which the blue and cream claimed this bag is in "final sale", totally illegal. I just want to get my refund.

I can upload all the evidence and the email that Jerome Dreyfuss send to me.Desired Settlement: Let me return the item and give me full refund.

Review: We ordered a pair of jeans from this store and returned them right away with all the tags because they didn't fit our 15 year-old son. We requested an exchange for a larger size. They sent us a photo of (supposedly the ones we purchased) a pair of crumpled jeans with a tag that looks faded and another pairs of jeans to show us that they thought the jeans had been washed. The pair of jeans we sent back were in perfect condition and had not been washed. They are refusing to exchange the jeans. Their email back to us was derogatory and we have copied it below: Hi , Unfortunately your return has been rejected. The tags are removed and they appear to be washed. The size 32 has been shipped back to you and you should received them in 2-3 business days. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns! We apologize for any inconvenience. Best, Blue&Cream E-StoreDesired Settlement: Exchange jeans for size 34 jeans.
