In regards to the complaint from *** *** at *** *** ** complaint # ***, some delays were partially because we worked around their schedule, they were intermittently out of town during this job or no one was home and Mrs*** had insisted several times that we call
each time before we went to the jobsiteIf we did not get an answer, or could not get in touch with her or her husband we respected their wishes and did not come on their property when they were not homeThe $part she spoke of was a $part, it was due to manufacturer's defect that spa still leaked and we replaced that partWe also gave the Burn's $worth of labor at no charge and deducted $to compensate for their water billAs far as the disconnected phone message, there was a power outage in and around our area, our phone system is electric, therefore was not working Blue Crest Pools & Spas

I am rejecting this response because:I actually do not agree with the excuses given by Bluecrest pools concerning our complaint but just decided not to play the game of arguing back and forth. The last add on/problem has not been resolved although they have sent someone out twice to attempt to fix it. We just no longer feel that they are capable of doing so, so have decided not to pursue it with them any further.  The owner, Roy, is dishonest in his dealings and always tells you what you want to hear whether it’s the truth or not. He is a very nice man but not necessarily  a good business man. We will go elsewhere in the future to resolve any issues we have with our pool and WILL NOT recommend them to others in our community. Sincerely, [redacted]
