My instructor was Helene Wood and I cannot possibly say enough good thingsIt was a day course for my general- level 1, and Helene took the time to break things down in a way that my entire class could understand what she was teaching usShe took the time to answer our questions and made it a very comfortable learning atmosphereI'm very proud to say that after taking the course I wrote my exam a week later and passed on my first try!
