We have sent faxes on three different machines, (and have confirmations) snail mail, and now we just sent an email.
They continue to claim they do not have our letter of request for a refund, which at this point is impossible to believe.
We have also sent two different forms proving we had insurance elsewhere from both the state and the county. They continue to claim nothing is received.
Since we continue to get confirmations on different days different machines etc.. We feel this is an outrageous delay tactic and are at our wits end.
They say they will return the money but at this stage we continue to be hit with roadblocks

Case 12244315 - Mr. Bizsnis: We reached out via phone to Mr. Bizsnis on 10/18 and Mr. Bizsnis hug up on our Liaison when she would only provide her last initial (this is company policy from a confidentiality standpoint). The attached letter (No PHI is included within the letter) was sent to Mr. Bizsnis on 11/10.

I must respond within a certain number of days. I have not yet received a call from BCBS per their letter.
