I would like a full refund for the tickets purchased as I reached out to the venue manager times with no return phone call regarding this matterHe informed me that he would be speaking to *** *** team and Would follow up with a resolutionThe disregard of my comaint after speaking to him the first time and the way I was treated has cause my emotional distress and I will not be returning to the venue for any future eventsTo this date the venue manager takes no responsibility for what happend and an apology was never made.
