We regret any dissatisfaction Mr. [redacted] has experienced and appreciate him bringing his concerns to our attention.  As we discussed, Mr. [redacted] is enrolled in a self-insured group contract and any changes, additions, updates, etc., concerning his profile have to be directed to us from his employer.  We regret Mr. [redacted] feels his privacy is not important to us. However, we have taken the necessary steps to help prevent a future Cyber Breach and our member’s privacy is of the upmost concern to us. 
 
In an effort to assist further, we have referred Mr. [redacted]s concerns to the [redacted] member services division to address directly with the employer group.
