Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Nebraska

I have trying for over a month to find a facility and have it covered for a nearly fatal suicide attempt.(2nd attempt) I have expressed over and over that the facilities that they keep trying to get me to go do not have the are programs that I need. Their comment from [redacted], supervisor care coordinator said "we can not help you get admitted" No, I need your help as my insurance company to locate and provide coverage based on my needs. They have always said asking for help is the hardest thing, it was, until I have to keep fighting my insurance company to get the care I pay for and need, not just what where they think I should go. Apparently there is no concern for the value of someone's life.
