Ms*** had coverage under the *** Medicare Plan during the dates of service in question.
After a review of the concerns presented in Mr***’s inquiry, we have determined multiple claims are on file for services rendered at New Mexico Heart Institute from August through November 26, 2014. BCBSNM reached out to Mr*** to discuss the claims on October 30, 2015. Additional information was obtained regarding his concerns
BCBSNM is in the process of obtaining all relevant claim information and supporting documents for the *** plan. We have requested a complete review be conducted and will provide a final response upon completion
